Whatever mental concentration is dominated by wisdom, that is higher mind training. Whatever wisdom and vision are dominated by abandoning afflictions, that is higher wisdom training, which is the meaning of being dominated. If you ask what is the meaning of higher, then, whether it is higher ethical discipline training, or higher mind training, or higher wisdom training, these trainings are only found in this teaching, and are not shared with outsiders, this is the meaning of higher. There are those who generate higher wisdom training through higher mind training. There are also those who generate higher mind training through higher wisdom training. For example, a noble hearer who has seen the four fruits, who has not yet attained the actual basis of the meditations, then strives to abandon the afflictions to be abandoned through meditation, cultivating mindfulness as a branch of perfect enlightenment, and cultivating equanimity as a branch of perfect enlightenment, that higher wisdom training generates higher mind training. Generating higher wisdom training through higher mind training is just as previously explained. Among them, there is higher ethical discipline training, but no higher mind, and no higher wisdom; there is higher ethical discipline and higher mind, but no higher wisdom; there is higher wisdom, but no higher ethical discipline and

If, upon realizing the truths, one becomes a stream-enterer. If, by being mostly separated from desire, one realizes the truths, then upon realizing the truths, one becomes a once-returner. If, by being separated from desire, one realizes the truths, then upon realizing the truths, one becomes a non-returner. There are three faculties: the faculty of making the unknown known, the faculty of knowing, and the faculty of having knowledge. What is the arrangement of these faculties? For striving to realize the truths that have not yet been realized, the faculty of making the unknown known is established. For the learner who possesses the realization of the truths, the faculty of knowing is established. For the non-learner Arhat who has done what needs to be done, the faculty of having knowledge is established. There are three doors to liberation: emptiness, wishlessness, and signlessness. What is the arrangement of these three doors to liberation? It is said: There are two: conditioned and unconditioned. The conditioned is the five aggregates associated with the three realms. The unconditioned is Nirvana. Whatever is conditioned and whatever is unconditioned are called existent. Whatever is called self, sentient being, life, or creator is called non-existent. Because one sees the faults and shortcomings of the conditioned, one does not wish for it. Because one does not wish for it, the door to liberation, wishlessness, is established. With Nirvana, one has wishes, seeing it as peaceful, seeing it as excellent, seeing it as liberation, and wishing for it. Because one sees it as liberation, the door to liberation, signlessness, is established. For that which is neither existent nor non-existent, there is neither wish nor wishlessness. Knowing and seeing that it is only non-existent as it is only non-existent, the door to liberation, emptiness, is established. That is the arrangement of these three doors to liberation. What are the practices that are in accordance with the precepts? It is said that there are ten practices that are not in accordance with the precepts, and their ten antidotes are to be understood as being in accordance with the precepts. What are the ten practices that are not in accordance with the precepts? They are as follows: Becoming attached to young and beautiful women is an obstacle for a son of good family who is diligent in the precepts, and it is a great impediment to the path; being infatuated with conditioned phenomena that belong to the aggregates of existence; laziness; idleness; looking at the aggregates of existence; relying on food for the senses and becoming fat; being attached to the desire for the many kinds of worldly stories that are spread out in various ways; the faults of contemplating Dharma and practicing yoga, and what are they? They are as follows: Not believing in the Three Jewels, truth, aggregates, karma and its results, doubting, and being skeptical; taking on a bad physical posture while striving to abandon; contemplating the faults of relaxed calm abiding and insight; dullness; sleep overwhelming the mind and the mind being distracted; the body being tired and the mind being disturbed due to too much effort; not attaining distinction and approaching the side of purity due to too little effort; being happy with even a small amount of gain, fame, praise, or happiness, and the mind being happy; being agitated and not being pacified; being frivolous and distracted; being afraid and frightened of nirvana, which is the cessation of the aggregates of existence; being diligent in speaking meaningless words and speaking too much, and if speaking words that are in accordance with the Dharma, then it becomes argumentative words, and being diligent in committing evil deeds; scattering the mind and making the mind waver from the many kinds of things that have been seen, heard, experienced, and known in the past; speculating on other inconceivable states, which is the fault of contemplating Dharma and practicing yoga, which should be known and known. And savoring the bliss of meditation and absorption; desiring to enter into absorption without characteristics, actions
