谁行持,并且在夜晚的第一时段也从行走和坐卧等会成为障碍的法中完全调伏自心。完全调伏后,在那之后从寺庙出来,在寺庙外面洗脚后进入寺庙内,右胁着地,双脚交叠,心中想着显现的觉知、忆念和正知,以及仅仅是起身的觉知而睡眠。并且在夜晚的最后时段也迅速起身,从行走和坐卧等会成为障碍的法中调伏自心。这就是在夜晚的上半夜、夜晚的上半夜和夜晚的下半夜不睡眠而精勤修习。什么是正知而行呢?像那样在睡眠中精勤修习,对于行走和返回,都以正知而行;稍微观看和详细观看;收缩和伸展;穿着僧裙和法衣;手持钵盂;吃、喝、咀嚼、尝味;去、住、坐、卧、不卧;说话、不说话;以及驱散因睡眠而昏沉的状态,这也是正知而行。这就是所谓的正知而行。什么是住在寂静处呢?为了完全调伏那些法,调伏后,住在寂静的住所,如寺庙、树下、空屋、山间、山洞、草房、无遮蔽处、墓地、森林、边地的住所等处。这就是所谓的住在寂静处。什么是清净障碍呢?无论住在寺庙,还是住在树下,还是住在空屋,都要从五种障碍,即对欲妙的贪欲、嗔恚、昏沉、睡眠、掉举、后悔和怀疑中清净自心。当从那些障碍中清净自心时,由于没有障碍,就能安住在接近禅定的安乐之中。这就是

Who practices, and also in the first watch of the night, completely subdues the mind from the dharmas that become obstacles, such as walking and sitting. Having completely subdued it, then after that, coming out from the temple, washing the feet outside the temple, and entering inside the temple, lying down on the right side, placing the feet on top of each other, thinking in the mind of the awareness of appearance, mindfulness, and clear comprehension, and only the awareness of arising. And also in the last watch of the night, quickly awakens, and subdues the mind from the dharmas that become obstacles, such as walking and sitting. This is called striving after practicing without sleeping in the upper part of the night, the upper part of the night, and the lower part of the night. What is acting with clear comprehension? Like that, striving after practicing in sleep, acts with clear comprehension in going and returning; slightly looking and thoroughly looking; contracting and stretching; wearing the monastic skirt and dharma robes; holding the alms bowl; eating, drinking, chewing, tasting; going, staying, sitting, lying down, not lying down; speaking, not speaking; and also dispelling the state of being drowsy due to sleep, this is also acting with clear comprehension. This is called acting with clear comprehension. What is dwelling in solitude? In order to completely subdue those dharmas, having subdued them, dwells in solitary places of dwelling, such as temples, under trees, empty houses, mountains, caves, grass huts, places without coverings, cemeteries, forests, remote places of dwelling. This is called dwelling in solitude. What is purifying obscurations? Whether dwelling in a temple, or dwelling under a tree, or dwelling in an empty house, one purifies the mind from the five obscurations, namely, desire for sensual pleasures, malice, drowsiness, sleep, excitement, regret, and doubt. When the mind is purified from those obscurations, because there are no obscurations, one abides near the bliss of meditative absorption. This is
