Therefore, having quickly realized this through wisdom, abandoning the naturally arising attention, completely turning back from the objects of knowledge of external objects, entering into attention, and striving to cut off the truth that possesses attention, when the mind arises and ceases, seeing that the mind that arises subsequently perishes in a continuous and connected manner, and in order to prevent the arising of the conceit of "I can stop it," which is the attention of pride, in this way, the mind focuses on the mind and firmly grasps it. When the yogi strives in this way, gradually, his stream of consciousness will see those streams of consciousness as different and different, not old, not old, arising and perishing, transient, and not abiding for long, and this is his attention to impermanence. Seeing the stream of consciousness following the aggregates of grasping, this is his attention to suffering. For him, not observing any other dharma apart from the mind, this is his attention to emptiness. For him, seeing that the stream of consciousness itself is dependent arising and without self-mastery, this is his attention to selflessness, and in this way, he temporarily enters into the truth of suffering. He thinks like this: this stream of consciousness also arises from the cause of craving, arises universally from craving, arises completely from craving, and arises from the condition of craving, then, the cessation of this stream of consciousness is peace. The path that leads to that cessation is renunciation, he thinks like this, and in this way, with attention that does not examine with subtle wisdom, he enters into the four noble truths in a contemplative manner. By constantly relying on and familiarizing himself with that wisdom, and through the cause of practicing it many times, the wisdom that is equal and consistent with the object and the subject will arise, and through that

The coarse pride of "I am," which obstructs the manifestation of joy in Nirvana, will be abandoned through the practice of universality; for Nirvana, the mind will be bound by increased intention; the situation of the mind turning back due to being completely oppressed by suffering will not occur, and the manifested joy will also be remembered with increased intention. For its object and subject, the wisdom of forbearance that is equal and identical, such a state of arising is called the stage of warmth. That which is completely grasped by the middle forbearance is called the peak stage. That which is completely grasped by the great forbearance is called the stage of forbearance in accordance with the truth. Therefore, in this way, having abandoned the pride of "I am" that is an obstacle, and having completely accepted the manifestation of joy in Nirvana with increased intention, for the observation of the increasingly higher mind, all manifested actions must be abandoned, and in the state of no manifested action, abide in the non-discriminating mind. At that time, although his mind also seems to be stopped, that is not stopping. Although it also seems to have no object, that is not without an object. Although his mind also seems to be extremely peaceful and non-existent, that is not non-existent. At that time, it is not like a bee falling asleep while collecting honey, but only a state that is neither higher nor lower than clarity and tranquility. Some people, because of their dull realization due to their attachment to wisdom, arise with manifested pride, and their minds also seem to be stopped like a bee falling asleep while collecting honey, but that is not stopping. That mind is only realization, and such a state of mind will soon undoubtedly enter the right path. At the end of all that, at the end of the non-discriminating mind, those who strive for the previously observed truths are the supreme qualities of worldly dharma, before that.

Only transcendental minds arise, not mundane minds. Because these are the limits and ultimate of mundane activities. Therefore, they are called the supreme of mundane dharmas. After these, one strives for the truths previously examined. Once effort is made, just as in the previous order, gradually, for the examined truths, both manifest and hidden, there arises non-conceptual, extremely certain wisdom and manifest wisdom. Because of the arising of this, one abandons the evil rebirth body and attachment that are in the direction of the afflictions to be abandoned by seeing, which are practiced in the three realms. If one is already free from desire from the very beginning, then upon abandoning it, as soon as one realizes the truth, at that time one is called a non-returner. Its sign is to be known as the signs of detachment previously shown. The distinction is this: he is born there by emanation, and later he will not return to this world and will completely pass into nirvana. If he is mostly free from desire, then as soon as he realizes the truth, he will become a once-returner, returning to this world once, thereby completely ending suffering. If he is not free from desire, then he will thoroughly subdue the evil rebirth body and become a stream-enterer. Among these, "realization" means that because one encounters the manifest knowable and wisdom, it is called realization. For example, just as when a royal family and a royal family appear together, it is called an encounter, so too should it be understood for Brahmins and so on. Its signs are these: he obtains the understanding that all the going, staying, and attention of the four consciousnesses are known only as dharma through the means of certainty, known as non-cessation, known as non-permanence, and known as conditioned activities like illusions. When he engages in objects, if he is entangled by afflictions due to forgetfulness,
