And do not conceptualize. For that object, the mind abides in being without characteristics, without conceptualization, and in near quiescence. And also entrust it to that. O Good-faced One, whatever characteristic you apprehend that appears only at first, you should keep in mind the application of the aspect of calm abiding and the application of the aspect of higher seeing. With a mind that has appearance, has light, is luminous, and has no darkness, also meditate on calm abiding and higher seeing. When you meditate on the perception of appearance on the path of calm abiding and higher seeing in that way, if from the very beginning the belief in the object is not clear and the appearance is the same, then, by the cause and condition of making meditation habitual, the belief in the object will become clear and will become a great appearance. If from the very beginning it is clear and has become a great appearance, then, therefore, the field will become wider, very clear, and will also become a very great appearance. In that way, you have taken well the characteristics that cause universal weariness, and the characteristics that cause great joy, and the characteristics of calm abiding, and the characteristics of higher seeing, and the characteristics of appearance, so pacify them well in your mind from time to time. Also, you should thoroughly distinguish the phenomena of higher seeing that follow only the characteristics. For example, in terms of the application of unattractiveness, one should also engage in the mindfulnesses, and one should engage in this way. For the external body, from the hair and so on to the ultimate end that is spoken of, having taken the characteristics of the thirty-six unattractive substances, and for one's own body, also believe in all those characteristics of unattractive substances. Having believed and having believed, also be truly pacified in your mind, and that is like this: starting from one's own inner body, for your own inner body, you will enter the mindfulness of following the body. And also, by your taking the unattractive characteristics of the external body, decomposition, and a heap of bones, and a small skeleton of bones, and having become large, and moderate

During the period until..., you should accept and practice. After accepting and practicing, you should also completely calm your mind. This is like starting from the external body belonging to others, your mindfulness of following the body with the external body will begin. Moreover, you should accept and practice that you will die with the mind that completely cultivates the impurity of your own inner body, and the mind that completely cultivates the impurity of the inner and outer bodies of others. After death, you should also accept and practice being taken to the cemetery, being abandoned after being taken to the cemetery, and after being abandoned, experiencing various stages of contemplation, various stages of decay, until the stage of becoming bones. This is like starting from the bodies of oneself and others, your mindfulness of following the body with the body of your own inner and outer body will begin. Moreover, you should grasp the characteristics of complete understanding arising from hearing and thinking about the four non-material aggregates, and accept and practice in the part of tranquility, the part of distraction, and the part of insight. Among them, in the part of tranquility, when the mind manifests and gathers inward, for the characteristics of no sign, no distinction, tranquility, no distraction, no joy, no disturbance, no suffering, untrustworthy, and impure perception, and focusing on the feeling of no distraction, etc., these four non-material aggregates, each moment, each moment is different, disappearing differently, not old, but entering a non-old state, you should accept and practice. This will cause you to enter the mindfulness of following the Dharma with the inner feelings, mind and Dharma. You should understand the feelings of taking the previous object, focusing on the object, and the place where you have not settled equally, etc., the aggregate of name...

What are those four immaterial aggregates that are completely gathered and exhausted? Now, when the mind is distracted due to forgetfulness, what are the four immaterial aggregates such as feelings that arise due to focusing on the characteristics and afflictions related to conceptualization? They arise and are destroyed, are not of long duration, are in a bad state, are accompanied by faults, are unstable, and are unreliable. Believe in this way. This is your abiding in the mindfulness of following the Dharma on external feelings, mind, and phenomena. Also, you grasp the characteristics of higher vision and abide in the attention associated with characteristics and conceptualization. For what are the four immaterial aggregates such as inner feelings that arise due to objects associated with conceptualization and characteristics? Believe as before that they change in each moment, in each moment, are not old, but enter a state that is not old. This is your abiding in the mindfulness of following the Dharma on internal and external feelings, mind, and phenomena. In this way, you will enter the four mindfulnesses through the practice of impurity. When you are diligent in mindfulness, you should also be diligent in calm abiding and higher vision at all times. When you thus abide in the four mindfulnesses through mindfulness, relying on any village or town, when you enter for alms in that village or town with a mind focused on it, inclined towards it, and abiding in it, without abandoning the object and the characteristics of the object, for wild elephants, wild horses, wild bulls, man-eating dogs, snakes, abysses, many trees, thorns, mud, cliffs, filth, unclean pits, behavior, conduct, sinful dwellings
