One seeks desires completely through some means, or one seeks the body completely, or one may even seek liberation completely; for those who have the cause of completely enjoying objects, they engage in complete seeking. Engaging in wrong seeking, creating afflictions and the actions that precede them, one will be born in the cycle of the five realms. Having been born, one will also grow old and die. There are also other categories of sequence; there are three collections of sentient beings: those who desire purity beyond the world, those who desire worldly purity, and those who cling to objects. Among them, the first ones, through the aspect of white dharma, stop dependent origination and do not cause it to increase. The second sentient beings, even if they do not know the truths as they truly are, if they abide in mindfulness and perform actions arising from meditating on meritorious and unwavering contaminated actions, or even if they do not abide in mindfulness, if they mostly abide with a mind tainted by regret for non-merit, or tainted by great joy in non-regret, therefore, like the former, in the future they will be born in lower, middling, and superior places, and eventually the three kinds of suffering encompassed by name and form up to contact will manifestly be accomplished. For the third sentient beings, those who abide in the feeling arising from enjoying objects that arise in the present, like the former, the other six limbs, that is, from craving up to old age and death, should be viewed as arising in sequence. Why is dependent origination, starting from old age and death, taught in a way that contradicts the sequence? This is said in the manner of showing the truth, thus birth and old age and death are completely distinguished by the truth of suffering. The Blessed One said that there are nine dharmas that are preceded by the cessation of name and form, why did he not say that it is preceded by the cessation of ignorance? This is because it is to be established upon those whose minds have been liberated, because for those, in this life becoming the seed, and in the next life becoming the fruit, between name and form up to contact, there will be the cessation of non-arising.

Therefore, it will cease. When experiencing feelings in this life, in order to completely destroy the latent tendencies of craving, it ceases by not entering. When that ceases, the preceding limbs also cease. Therefore, this kind of form should be regarded as the cause for showing the order of dependent origination. Why is it called dependent origination? Dependent origination means that from the place of destruction, those who possess afflictions arise among beings. The literal explanation is that it arises from conditions, and in terms of the meaning of a moment, it arises with rapid destruction, which is dependent origination. Furthermore, arising in one's own continuum from past conditions that have not been abandoned is dependent origination. This exists, therefore that arises; this arises, therefore that arises; it is not otherwise. In terms of this meaning, it should be regarded as a definite meaning. Furthermore, separating and separating, continuously arising is dependent origination, which is a synonym for destroying and destroying. Furthermore, becoming a condition in the past, continuously arising in relation is dependent origination. The Bhagavan also understood and said: I will explain the correct conditions. Individual understanding is a synonym for complete enlightenment. Therefore, dependent origination itself becomes a name. By what condition does ignorance become the condition for actions? For those with form, it becomes a condition by the condition of ownership. For those without form, it becomes a condition only by the three conditions of immediately following, object, and ownership. For the remaining limbs, it should be regarded as becoming a condition as appropriate. For those with form to those with form, it is by one condition of ownership. For those without form to those with form, it is by the two conditions of object and ownership. For those without form to those with form, it is only by one condition. For those without form to those without form, it is by immediately following, object,

and the three conditions of the owner. Why are these limbs not transformed into conditions by the causal condition? Because the causal condition is distinguished by the condition of its own seed. If the causal condition cannot be transformed into conditions, why is dependent origination taught as cause and effect? This is because it relies on the conditions of the owner and includes the cause of leading, the cause of projecting, and the cause of manifest accomplishment. Among these limbs, which are included in the cause of projection? From ignorance to feeling. Among these limbs, which are included in the cause of manifest accomplishment? From craving to craving. Among these limbs, which are included in the fruit of the cause of projection and manifest accomplishment? From this life to the next life's consciousness, up to feeling, and the stages of birth and old age and death. If it is also said that ignorance arises from the cause of improper attention, then why was it not mentioned first when explaining dependent origination? Because it is not a cause of abandonment, nor a cause of all afflictions. Like this, attention does not arise from non-delusion, and dependent origination is the cause of all afflictions, and ignorance is by nature the cause of all afflictions, and improper attention is not by nature the cause of all afflictions, it does not make ignorance all afflictions, but by the power of ignorance, it becomes all afflictions. Moreover, birth is also produced by karma and afflictions, and for it, the continuum of karma is the first of dependent origination - ignorance, therefore improper attention is not mentioned. Why is self-nature not mentioned in the condition of self-nature? Because if self-nature does not encounter other conditions, it will not nourish or harm self-nature in the manner of all afflictions, therefore it is not mentioned. Are meritorious and unwavering formations not done after careful examination?
