དགའ་འབྱུང་བ་གང་ཡིན་པའོ། །ཁམས་འཐོབ་པ་གང་ཞེ་ན། ཕུང་པོ་དེ་དག་ཉིད་རྒྱུའི་རྐྱེན་གྱིས་ཡོངས་སུ་ཟིན་པ་གང་ཡིན་པའོ། །སྐྱེ་མཆེད་འཐོབ་པ་གང་ཞེ་ན། ཕུང་པོ་དེ་དག་ཉིད་དེ་ལས་གཞན་པའི་རྐྱེན་གྱིས་ཡོངས་སུ་ཟིན་པ་གང་ཡིན་པའོ། །ཕུང་པོ་མངོན་པར་འགྲུབ་པ་གང་ཞེ་ན། ཕུང་པོ་དེ་དག་ཉིད་ཉིན་གཅིག་བཞིན་དུ་ཁ་ཟས་ཀྱིས་བརྟས་ཤིང་རྒྱས་པར་བྱེད་པ་གང་ཡིན་པའོ། །སྲོག་གི་དབང་པོ་འབྱུང་བ་གང་ཞེ་ན། ཕུང་པོ་དེ་དག་ཉིད་ཀྱི་ཚེའི་ལྷག་མའི་དབང་གིས་གནས་སྐབས་གང་ཡིན་པའོ། །སྐྱེ་བ་དེའི་དོན་མདོར་བསྡུ་བ་གང་ཞེ་ན། སྐྱེ་བའི་ངོ་བོ་ཉིད་གང་ ཡིན་པ་དང༌། གང་དུ་སྐྱེ་བ་དང༌། གང་སྐྱེ་བ་དང༌། རྒྱུ་དང་རྐྱེན་གང་དག་གིས་ཡོངས་སུ་ཟིན་པ་དང༌། ཉེ་བར་རྟོན་པས་བསྒྲུབས་པ་དང༌། ལྷན་ཅིག་སྐྱེས་པ་གང་གིས་འཚོ་བ་སྟེ། དེ་ལྟར་ན་འདི་ནི་དོན་མདོར་བསྡུས་པ་ཡིན་ནོ། །ཁྱོར་བ་གང་ཞེ་ན། ལུས་ཉམ་ཆུང་བས་ཁྱོར་ཁྱོར་བ་གང་ཡིན་པའོ། །སྐྲ་དཀར་བ་གང་ཞེ་ན། སྐྲའི་མདོག་འགྱུར་བ་གང་ཡིན་པའོ། །གཉེར་མ་མང་བ་གང་ཞེ་ན། བགས་པ་སྙེར་སྙེར་པོ་གང་ཡིན་པའོ། །རྒས་པ་གང་ཞེ་ན། འདོད་པ་ལ་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་པའི་མཐུ་མེད་ཅིང༌། གཟི་བརྗིད་ཉམས་པ་གང་ཡིན་པའོ། །ཞོམ་པ་གང་ཞེ་ན། རང་བཞིན་གྱིས་ནད་བུ་ཅན་དུ་གྱུར་པའི་ཕྱིར་བརྩལ་བར་བྱ་བ་ལ་མཐུ་མེད་པ་གང་ཡིན་པའོ། །ལུས་སྨེ་བ་ནག་པོས་གང་བ་གང་ཞེ་ན། བཟང་བ་ལ་བགེགས་སུ་གྱུར་པའི་སྨེ་བ་ནག་པོ་མང་དུ་འབྱུང་བའོ། །དེ་ལ་ཕྱམ་སྒུར་པོ་ལྟར་སྒུར་བ་དང་མགུལ་བའི་སྒྲ་ངར་ངར་པོ་འབྱུང་ཞིང་དབུགས་བརྫངས་པ་གང་ཞེ་ན། འགྲོ་བའི་སྤྱོད་ལམ་གྱིས་ཕྱེ་བའི་ལུས་ཀྱི་དབྱིབས་དང༌། དེ་ལས་བྱུང་བའི་སྔ་མ་བས་ཆེ་བ་ཉིད་གང་ཡིན་པའོ། །ལུས་མདུན་དུ་དབྱིབས་སྒུར་པོར་གྱུར་པ་གང་ཞེ་ན། འདུག་པའི་སྤྱོད་ལམ་དུ་གནས་པའི་ལུས་སྒུར་བ་ཉིད་གང་ཡིན་པའོ། །ཁར་བ་ལ་བརྟེན་པ་གང་ཞེ་ན། འགྲེང་བའི་སྤྱོད་ལམ་གྱིས་གནས་པ་ཁར་བས་སྟོབས་བསྐྱེད་པས་གནས་པ་གང་ཡིན་པའོ། །མི་གསལ་བར་གྱུར་པ་གང་ཞེ་ན། གཉིད་ལོག་པའི་སྤྱོད་ལམ་གྱིས་གནས་པ་ན། རྒྱུན་དུ་གཉིད་སྟུག་པོས་ནོན་པ་གང་ཡིན་པའོ། །ཞན་པ་གང་ཞེ་ན། དེ་ཉིད་ལས་མྱུར་དུ་སད་པའི་མཐུ་མེད་པ་གང་ཡིན་པའོ། །ཉམས་པ་གང་ཞེ་ན། དྲན་པའི་བློ་ཉམས་པ་གང་ཡིན་པའོ། །ཡོངས་སུ་ཉམས་པ་གང་ཞེ་ན། དྲན་པའི་བློ་ཞན་པས་དགེ་བའི་ཆོས་ཡང་དག་པར་སྒྲུབ་པའི་མཐུ་མེད་པ་གང་ཡིན་པའོ། །དབང་པོ་རྣམས་ཡོངས་སུ་སྨིན་པ་གང་ཞེ

什么是喜的生起呢？ 什么是获得界呢？就是那些蕴，以因的缘故而完全具备的。什么是获得处呢？就是那些蕴，以不同于此的缘故而完全具备的。什么是蕴的显现成就呢？就是那些蕴，如同一日一般，以食物滋养而增长的。什么是命根的生起呢？就是那些蕴，以寿命余势的力量而存在的阶段。什么是对生的意义的简要概括呢？就是生的自性，以及在哪里生，生什么，以何种因和缘完全具备，依靠什么而成就，与什么一同生而存活。如此，这就是意义的简要概括。什么是弯曲呢？就是身体虚弱而弯曲的样子。什么是头发变白呢？就是头发的颜色改变。什么是皱纹增多呢？就是皮肤褶皱的样子。什么是衰老呢？就是对欲望没有享受的力量，光彩消失。什么是消瘦呢？就是因为自性变成多病，对于应该努力的事情没有力量。什么是身体布满黑痣呢？就是对美好事物造成障碍的黑痣大量出现。其中，像弯曲的扁担一样弯曲，颈部发出粗哑的声音，并且喘气，这是什么呢？就是行走的行为所区分的身体的形状，以及由此产生的比之前更大的状态。什么是身体前倾弯曲呢？就是在坐的行为中，身体弯曲的状态。什么是依靠拐杖呢？就是站立的行为中，依靠拐杖增加力量而站立的状态。什么是不清晰呢？就是在睡眠的行为中，经常被浓厚的睡眠压迫的状态。什么是虚弱呢？就是从睡眠中迅速醒来的力量不足。什么是衰退呢？就是记忆力衰退。什么是完全衰退呢？就是因为记忆力衰弱，没有力量正确地修持善法。什么是诸根完全成熟呢？

What is the arising of joy? What is the attainment of realm? It is those aggregates that are fully possessed by the cause. What is the attainment of the sense-fields? It is those aggregates that are fully possessed by a cause other than that. What is the manifestation of the aggregates? It is those aggregates that are nourished and increased by food, like a single day. What is the arising of the life force? It is the state of those aggregates by the power of the remaining life. What is the concise summary of the meaning of birth? It is the nature of birth, and where one is born, what one is born as, by what causes and conditions one is fully possessed, what one relies on to accomplish, and what one lives on with what is born together. Thus, this is the concise summary of the meaning. What is bending? It is the appearance of bending due to the weakness of the body. What is the whitening of hair? It is the change in the color of hair. What is the increase of wrinkles? It is the appearance of wrinkled skin. What is aging? It is the lack of power to enjoy desires, and the loss of splendor. What is emaciation? It is the lack of power to exert oneself because one's nature has become diseased. What is the filling of the body with black moles? It is the abundant appearance of black moles that obstruct goodness. Among them, what is it to be bent like a bent yoke, to have a hoarse sound in the neck, and to pant? It is the shape of the body distinguished by the act of walking, and the state of being larger than before that arises from it. What is it to have the body bent forward in shape? It is the state of the body being bent in the act of sitting. What is it to rely on a staff? It is the state of standing in the act of standing, supported by the strength of a staff. What is it to become unclear? It is the state of being constantly oppressed by heavy sleep while in the act of sleeping. What is weakness? It is the lack of power to wake up quickly from that. What is deterioration? It is the deterioration of memory. What is complete deterioration? It is the lack of power to properly practice virtue due to weak memory.
