如同南方一样，西方和北方也是如此。那些众生也因为那个缘故，看起来像是火的聚 Heap。火的聚 Heap 从四个方向来，混合在那里，所以它们在那里遭受痛苦没有间隙。发出虚弱的声音，仅仅显现是众生。又在铁的细末中，铁的火星到处燃烧，极其燃烧，到处极其蔓延燃烧的那些，折磨并且极其折磨。又在铁的地面上，让它们攀登铁的大山，又让它们下来。又从口中拉出舌头，用铁的橛子百般撑开，譬如对待牛皮那样，把它拉平，使之没有皱纹和收缩。又把它们仰面放在那铁的地面上，用铁的劈具张开它们的嘴，放入到处燃烧，极其燃烧，到处极其蔓延燃烧的铁水，那样也使它们的嘴烧焦，内脏和肠子也烧焦，从下身流出来。又同样地，把煮沸的铜倒入它们的口中，那样也使它们的口烧焦，内脏和肠子也烧焦，从下身流出来。其余的就像极热的时候一样。从那个基础长时间地体验痛苦，直到罪恶不善的业全部没有穷尽和没有清净为止。因此，那个众生地狱叫做无间地狱，在那里大多是造作五无间罪的众生会出生。对于那个地狱，这些仅仅是说了大的损害，不是说那些众生地狱中没有其他众多种类的损害。在近边的众生地狱中，众生们会体验到像这样的损害痛苦。所有那些大的众生地狱的四个方向，有四面墙壁和四个门，被铁的围墙围绕。在那四个方向的四个门外，每一个门外，有四个剩余的众生地狱，就像这样：火

Just like the south, so are the west and north. Those sentient beings also appear like heaps of fire because of that reason. The heaps of fire come from the four directions and mix there, so they suffer there without interruption. They utter weak sounds, merely revealing that they are sentient beings. Also, in the fine iron powder, iron sparks burn everywhere, burning extremely, spreading and burning everywhere, tormenting and causing extreme torment. Also, on the iron ground, they are made to climb great iron mountains, and then they are made to descend again. Also, tongues are pulled out from the mouth, stretched out in every way with iron pegs, just like treating cowhide, it is flattened, making it without wrinkles or contractions. Also, they are laid supine on that same iron ground, their mouths are opened with iron splitting tools, and molten iron that burns everywhere, burns extremely, and spreads and burns everywhere is poured in, so that their mouths are also burned, and their internal organs and intestines are also burned, flowing out from their lower body. Also, similarly, molten copper is poured into their mouths, so that their mouths are also burned, and their internal organs and intestines are also burned, flowing out from their lower body. The rest are like times of extreme heat. From that basis, suffering is experienced for a long time, until all sinful and unwholesome actions are not exhausted and not purified. For that hell, these are merely the great harms that are mentioned, it is not that there are no other various kinds of harms in those sentient being hells. In the neighboring sentient being hells, sentient beings will experience such harmful suffering. All those great sentient being hells have four walls and four doors in all four directions, surrounded by iron fences. Those sentient beings seeking a dwelling are drawn to it, and they fall there, sinking their heads and feet into it. In that thing that smells like rotten feces, there is a creature called a sharp-beaked insect. They pierce the skin of those sentient beings, and also destroy the flesh, tendons, and bones. Then they burrow into the bones and feet. Next to that thing that smells like rotten feces, near the birds, there is a path filled with razors. When those sentient beings seeking a dwelling go there and place their feet there, the skin, flesh, and blood are all cut off. If they lift their feet, then the skin, flesh, and blood will grow back. Next to that path filled with razors, near the birds, there is a forest of sword-leaved trees. When those sentient beings seeking a dwelling go there, rely on its shade, and sit next to it, swords fall from the trees, piercing the limbs of those sentient beings and cutting them apart. They fall there, and flocks of crows come, digging out and eating the wounds on their backs. Next to that forest of sword-leaved trees, near the birds, there is a forest of iron trees. When those sentient beings seeking a dwelling go there and begin to climb, the tips of the thorns point downwards. When they descend, the tips of the thorns point upwards. They pierce the limbs of those sentient beings and cut them apart. There are also creatures called iron-beaked crows, which land on the shoulders or heads of those sentient beings, digging out and eating their eyes.
