It should be understood as the 'perception of manifestation.' That which, regarding how it is heard, how it is fully understood, and how it is comprehended, has no forgetting, is called the manifestation of the Dharma of all Dharmas. Whatever perception is associated with it and possesses it, it should be known as the perception of manifestation. Why is that? For example, the decline of mindfulness arising from the cause of Dharma, whether striving in the direction of tranquility or striving in the direction of insight, is the true darkness of the mind. Conversely, it should be known that this is the true non-manifestation. Furthermore, the opposing aspects of the perception of manifestation, which possesses wisdom arising from thought and wisdom arising from meditation, are eleven in number. What are the eleven? Four are of the perception of manifestation that possesses wisdom arising from thought. Seven are the opposing aspects of the perception of manifestation that possesses wisdom arising from meditation. On the aspect of thought, because it is not thoroughly examined and not determined, it is connected with doubt; claiming to abide at night, due to negligence and laziness, excessively relying on sleep, the actions performed at all times become meaningless; claiming to abide during the day, due to the fault of relying on food, it is contrary to the definite contemplation of the Dharma.

Due to the fear of the past, and the two opposing dharmas of harm and uneasiness arising from it, and starting from the focus of yoga, engaging in debates to determine relevant Dharma talks, and also frequently talking too much, which causes obstacles when dwelling correctly within, and bad thoughts perceiving forms, sounds, smells, tastes, and tactile objects as unreal signs and manifestations, causing the mind to be distracted, and excessively analyzing dharmas with thoughts on inconceivable places. These seven dharmas are obstacles to the awareness of appearance with wisdom arising from meditation, and these opposing dharmas make the vision of wisdom arising from the awareness of appearance with wisdom arising from meditation impure. The antidotes to these opposing dharmas, which are the abandonment of opposing dharmas contrary to them, are only eleven, and it should be known that they purify the vision of wisdom arising from them. For all awareness involved in meditation, the desire to abandon opposing dharmas, and not accepting and abandoning all actions of opposing dharmas, and mainly dwelling on their antidotes in order to completely destroy opposing dharmas, these three dharmas are called cherished because they are consistent with all antidote meditations, and this is called antidote meditation. It should be regarded that whatever is meditated as an antidote is also a yoga meditation, such as these five limbs, for example, in order to explain the meaning of antidote meditation, its expansion is like this, for example, there are ten aspects, there is nothing higher than this, and there is nothing more excellent than this. In all aspects, what is worldly complete purification? In short, it should be regarded as three aspects, such as obtaining samadhi, perfecting samadhi, and mastering samadhi. Among them, only in the beginning, these twenty dharmas that are the opposite of samadhi are samadhi

The reasons for not attaining are, what are the twenty? The faults of a friend who, from begging, causes the intention to turn back, who behaves like a Brahma, and even though a friend has virtues, the fault of the teacher who shows the means of samadhi, that is, showing the means of samadhi in a perverse way to that teacher, and even though the teacher has virtues, starting from desire for the means of samadhi, the fault of making the mind of small intention distracted and unable to hold, and even though there is listening when listening, the fault of not being able to hold because of being foolish and weak in intelligence, and even though there is the virtue of knowledge, the fault of practicing stinginess, being very desirous of gain and respect, and the fault of not knowing satisfaction because there are many things to be worried about, difficult to heal and difficult to fill, and taking that as the head, the fault of doing various actions, and even though there is no such fault, the fault of abandoning diligence with laziness and sloth, and even though there is no such fault, the fault of various obstacles arising from others, and even though there is no fault, the fault of not being able to endure sufferings such as cold and heat, and even though there is no fault, the fault of not accepting the oral instructions because of the fault of pride and pervasive torment, and even though there is no such fault, the fault of wrongly thinking about the oral instructions, and even though there is no such fault, the fault of forgetting even though the oral instructions have been received, and even though there is no such fault, the fault of living mixed with householders and renunciates, and even though there is no such fault, the fault of dwelling in a dwelling place with five faults, that is, the five faults of the dwelling place are as follows: It should be understood as it appears in the Hearer's Ground. Even though there is no fault, having dwelt in a very solitary place, the fault of bad thoughts arising due to relying on not guarding the senses, and even though there is no such fault, the fault of the body being heavy and unfit for work arising from the cause of unsuitable food, and even though there is no such fault, the fault of the affliction of sleep being greatly increased and universally practiced due to being naturally sleepy and sleeping at the wrong time, and even though there is no such fault, by practicing the practice of the previous non-abiding side, the inner mind is still
