For the consciousness that follows the taste of desire, if it is attached, it will be completely cut off in every way, just like cutting down the Tala tree from its roots so that it cannot grow again. Because its objects, from the undesirable desires to the desirable desires, are changing and transforming. Just as water droplets do not stay on the lotus petals, pure consciousness is not occupied by sorrow and so on. The main point of this statement is: In short, the Blessed One has explained the taste of enjoying desires, the faults, the renunciation, the nature, the faults caused by enjoying the taste, and the benefits caused by renunciation. It should be understood that this is the main point here. Do not follow the past, do not hope for the future. For whatever Dharma arises in the present, observe its various aspects. Not being robbed, not being disturbed, the wise will make it grow. This is called the verses of the auspicious night. Here, some people find faith in the Dharma and Vinaya spoken by the Tathagata, and with faith, they go forth from home to homelessness, and are completely ordained. They practice pure Brahmacharya in five ways. They do not look at those household activities that have been completely abandoned, nor do they think about them, nor do they take them back, this is the first way. Furthermore, they do not desire to gain wealth and respect in this life, nor do they pray and practice Brahmacharya for the sake of the actions of gods and humans in the next life, this is the second way. Furthermore, for whatever Dharmas belonging to the aggregates of form, etc., that arise now, he becomes a true observer from that position, because the evil deeds of the body will lead to sinful results in this life and the next. If I have done evil deeds of the body... from abandoning the evil deeds of the body, to cultivating the good deeds of the body, combine it as it is extensively stated in the Sutra. The good deeds of speech and mind are also the same.

And it should be known that the past, future, and present phenomena of the aggregates such as form, are truly seen as impermanent. Whatever is impermanent is suffering. Whatever is suffering is without self. All those that are without self are not mine, that is not me, that is not my self. Thus, truly seeing with true wisdom, this is the third aspect. Furthermore, relying on the first contemplation of the Dharma, in order to generate aversion to the external, the faculties are fully matured, increasing the accumulation of merit and the accumulation of wisdom that even kings cannot seize, this is the fourth aspect. Furthermore, relying on another contemplation of the Dharma, in this very life, the undisturbed extinction of suffering, Nirvana, increases with all afflictions and near afflictions, this is the fifth aspect. Therefore, residing in the extremely pure conduct of Brahma with these five aspects, even residing for just one night is good, and it is the best. It should be known that it is more excellent than all those who abide in the conduct of Brahma. The concise instruction of this treatise is: In short, in the Dharma and Vinaya well-spoken by the Blessed One, abiding in the conduct of Brahma possesses all the unique aspects, and the extremely pure has been shown. It should be known that this is the concise instruction here. The verse says: Sins and what is said, desire, rivers, fear and lineage, famous sea and two rivers, desire, hatred, action, grasping and the attainment of meaning, impermanence and mindfulness, desire predominates, abiding in the Dharma, definite, constant, well-spoken, faith and hearing, space-like, form and king, bone enclosure, turtle, similarity and mire and two places, diligence and giving, all sins and downfall, wise and skillful and far-reaching, obscured and desire and good is, the completion of the Samatha ground from the Yogacara ground. What is the Bhāvanā ground? In short, it should be known that the Bhāvanā ground is contained by four places, namely the place

What are the four? They are the basis of meditation, the cause of meditation, the practice of meditation itself in yoga, and the result of meditation. These four places should be understood as being summarized by seven branches. What are the seven branches? They are perfect accomplishment, perfect hearing of the sacred Dharma, focusing on Nirvana, the complete maturation of wisdom that completely matures liberation, the practice of antidotes, purity in all ways in the world, and purity in all ways beyond the world. These four places, summarized by the seven branches, start from perfecting the basis of learning in this well-spoken Vinaya, and it should be understood that they make the meaning of the teachings completely vast. Among them, what is perfect accomplishment? In short, it should be viewed in ten aspects, that is, relying on the inner, there are five aspects, and relying on the outer, there are five aspects, and relying on the inner and outer, it becomes ten aspects. What are the five aspects of perfect accomplishment relying on the inner? They are perfect lineage conformity, perfect place, perfect body, perfect absence of karmic obscurations, and perfect absence of obscurations of faith. What is perfect lineage conformity? It is said that here, some people will be born among humans, and they are male and also possess the male organ. What is perfect place? It is said that here, some people are born among humans, and they are also born in the central country. They are not born in the borderlands, that is, where the four assemblies of monks, nuns, laymen, and laywomen do not go. Wherever the four assemblies go, and where there are no thieves, no barbarians, and where the noble ones, those who have gone rightly, those who have entered rightly, and the supreme individuals go, they are born there. What is perfect body? It is said that here, some people are also born in the central country, and their eyes are not incomplete, their ears are not incomplete, and any limb or part
