Relying on things and dwelling on them, craving follows the stream of samsara, leading to the stream of the five realms of samsara. The four ways that are the opposite of this should be understood as crossing the river. There are also other categories that begin with the attainment of the cessation of perception and feeling. For example, here, some people first attain the cessation of perception and feeling, and then dwell carelessly, and mostly dwell in consciousness and feeling, while the cessation of perception and feeling is rarely dwelled upon. For this reason, they will completely fall away from the cessation of perception and feeling. After falling away, they will abide in the cause of being born in a lower realm. After abiding in the cause, they will also be attached to its fruit. The opposite of this should be understood as the white side. You meditate alone in a solitary place, are you destitute or have you achieved something? Have you only committed sins in the city? Why do you not associate with people? You do not associate with anyone, having subdued the host of demons of the nature of joy and happiness here, because you have attained meaning, therefore your heart is at peace here. I alone experience the bliss of meditation, therefore I do not associate with people, I do not associate with anyone. This is called the verse asked by the young woman. There are two kinds of attaining meaning: attaining the meaning of asceticism and attaining the miraculous power of the noble ones. Among them, one of the meanings of attaining meaning is to be able to completely transcend all suffering. The other is to abide in bliss in this very life by meditating on the eight liberations. Among them, one is that the host of demons of the nature of joy and happiness is defeated. The other is to enjoy the supreme bliss by meditating alone. In the context of this meaning, it is considered to be about the miraculous power of the noble ones. Why is that? For example, here, some people, in order to accomplish the miraculous power of the noble ones, rely on the ten all-encompassing spheres of mastery and strive to make liberation completely pure. For example, if the samadhi of the all-encompassing spheres of mastery is completely perfected and purified, then liberation will also be completely purified.

will be completely purified, and the meaning of the noble magical powers will also be accomplished. Having thus known that it is completely accomplished, and knowing thus, "My meaning is completely accomplished," he will become a renunciate with the meaning of a renunciate, and will know the desired wealth, as well as those faults, and the beginning of the people and friends of the place. He will also know the faults and renunciation, and the path to renunciation. Among them, what is called the beginning is the source of those births. The faults are impermanence, suffering, and the nature of change. Renunciation is the subduing of desire's attachment, abandonment, and complete transcendence. The path to renunciation is the noble eightfold path. Therefore, from seeing the beginning to seeing the path to renunciation. Whatever sentient beings possess wealth, those who are without fault, and who act as people and friends of the place, they hold the peace of mind, and slander the peace of mind of those who meditate on the eight liberations that appear from being at home, those peace are not well seen, not well understood, not well relied upon, not well realized. Therefore, because he has seen the true peace of mind well from the opposite of this, it should be combined with good realization. The brief answer to this teaching is: In short, the Blessed One taught that the hearts of those who enjoy desires and dwell in cemeteries are not truly completely pacified, while the undefiled hearts of those who meditate on the eight liberations are truly pacified. It should be known that this is a brief answer. Alas, all conditioned things are impermanent, they are of the nature of arising and ceasing. Having arisen, they cease, their pacification is bliss. This is called a verse, the aggregates and the aggregates of appropriation are called conditioned things. The meaning here is said to be only for the aggregates of appropriation. Those five aggregates of appropriation are briefly of three types: the past, the future, and the present.

These are how they arise. Among them, impermanence of formations (འདུ་བྱེད།) refers to those formations themselves arising from a state of previously not existing, and whatever decays from having previously arisen. For those beings who have obtained past bodies in past lives, their aggregates have manifestly passed away and ceased. Those that have arisen and then disappeared are therefore impermanent. For those beings who will obtain future bodies in future lives, their aggregates have not yet been born or arisen, nor have they disappeared. Rather, they have the potential to be born, and are therefore subject to the law of birth. For those beings who have obtained present bodies in present lives, the aggregates of those sentient beings who abide, live, and dwell are subject to the law of death, and have the potential to cease due to the cessation of death and transmigration; therefore, they are subject to the law of decay. For those things in the future that will obtain an aggregate body and are subject to the law of birth, there is no obtaining of a body that is permanent, stable, or remains exactly as it is; it is only birth, birth, and cessation. For those sentient beings in this very life whose causes for future aggregates have been completely exhausted, their future aggregates of the body will not manifest at all; this is their pacification. This pacification is also a happiness of two kinds: because all causes of suffering have ceased and all bad migrations have been cut off, it is happiness to abide in bliss in this very life; and it is happiness because in the future one is also completely liberated from sufferings such as birth, aging, and sickness. The main point of this explanation is, in brief, that the Bhagavan (བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས།) has explained the basis of right view and the result of right view. Furthermore, he has also explained the basis of complete knowledge and abandonment. Furthermore, there are the things to be completely known and that which is not completely known. Furthermore, he has also explained the defilements of the formations of the three times, and the purification that comes from the pacification of those defilements. Furthermore, he has also explained the cessation of dependent origination. Furthermore, he has also explained the truth of suffering and the truth of cessation. Furthermore, there are the door to liberation—emptiness, the state of no aspiration, and the door to liberation.
