Endowed with four joys, the nature of the four, is always pure wisdom. The root is extremely stable, delighting in a peaceful mind, one should unite and separate the holy gods and the sinful gods. Initially pure and delighting in meditation, one should also be skilled in truth. Truth itself is generated, it should be abandoned and expanded. In the foundations of the three trainings, there are four modes of conduct, having abandoned two modes of conduct, two modes of conduct should be cultivated. Two abide near two, one goes to nirvana. In order, they become causes, meditate on them separately and without confusion. Whoever is initially without regret, will later be endowed with happiness, the wise person who learns from whom, is the beginning of all trainings. Whoever is endowed with the arising of virtue, who practices wisdom in various ways, the wise person who learns from whom, is the middle of all trainings. Whoever's mind is liberated, and whose elaborations also cease, the wise person who learns from whom, is the chief of all trainings. That which is initially shown as the path, is the path that leads to impure realms, likewise, it is going to the happy realms, it is desired that this is changed by the one alone. That which is shown as the middle of the path, is the path that leads to complete purity, not all go permanently, it is desired that this is not the one alone. That which is shown as the chief of the path, is the path that leads to complete purity, all go permanently, it is also desired that this is not the one alone. Whoever is learning and not learning, both are desired to be wise. Whoever is learning and not learning, both are desired to be children. Abandoning complete grasping, being separated from the place of evil rebirth, likewise, for the sake of directly seeing what is to be known, the taking of the trainings becomes threefold. With an object and without an object, endowed with subtle and coarse, truly taking and utterly secluded, truly accomplished with sound and praise. One training arises alone, the latter is with a companion, one is with a companion and three, those are crossed over by the wise. From the training, the morality is not lost, and also endowed with vows, not despising good contentment, and also completely abandoning the five places of purity. Giving will become without regret, regret will become without fault, one should rely on the training.

Here, it is essential to strive diligently from the depths of your heart. Do not abandon it; do not destroy it even for the sake of your life. Always abide diligently. You should enter the Vinaya. Your vows should be pure from the beginning. Your livelihood should also be pure. Having abandoned both extremes, completely renounce desires. Do not be attached to the things that cause obstacles in any way. Do not accept the things that disturb the mind when they arise. Do not be too discouraged, nor too excessive. Always maintain mindfulness. Practice pure conduct with the actual practice and the preparatory practices. You should also initiate diligence. Always maintain steadfast perseverance. Rely on vigilance, which has five firmly established branches. Do not boast of virtuous deeds; confess your sins. Be content with robes and so on, whether they are bad or good. Abide even when there is little, abide even when it is moderate. In order to eliminate afflictions and attain peace, truly accept the merits of practice. You should have pure conduct. Be moderate in receiving as well. For that purpose, never try to embellish your conduct. Do not proclaim your own true qualities, nor allow others to proclaim them. Do not show those qualities and signs of desire. Do not forcefully beg from others. Do not disparage the gains obtained lawfully. Do not be attached to gains and respect in any way. Do not have attachment to views of exaggeration and slander. Do not take worldly gossip and secret words as supreme and meaningless. Do not unnecessarily cut off excess things like the alms bowl and the Dharma. Do not rely on householders who will increase afflictions. Rely on the noble ones who purify wisdom completely. Do not abandon friends who cause sorrow and distraction. Do not accept the afflictions that cause suffering when they arise. Do not use offerings given in faith if your discipline has deteriorated in any way. Do not completely abandon the sacred Dharma in any way. Do not think about the faults of others; be happy. Know your own faults and proclaim them. That
