It arises from those two, which shows the place of non-weariness. In the phrase "With great interest in Bodhi," interest and desire have the same meaning. The non-weariness of a Bodhisattva is not wanting to attain the Bodhi of a Hearer or a Solitary Buddha, but rather having interest and faith in attaining unsurpassed Bodhi, which shows the nature of non-weariness. In the phrase "The wise desire non-weariness," the wise are Bodhisattvas. The object, place, and nature of a Bodhisattva's non-weariness are just like that, which is the meaning of wanting. In the phrase "The incomplete and the complete, and the very complete on the grounds," from the stage of application of faith upwards to the ten grounds downwards, the birth of Bodhisattvas, on some grounds it is incomplete, on some grounds it is complete, and on some it is established as very complete. Among them, like the stage of application of faith, it is called the incomplete non-weariness of a Bodhisattva, because the mind of weariness sometimes arises due to not having attained equality of self and others. From the first ground upwards to the seventh ground downwards, it is called the complete non-weariness, because although there is diligence and effort, the mind of weariness does not arise due to having attained equality of self and others. The eighth ground and the ninth ground, and the tenth ground are called very complete, because without diligence and effort, non-weariness is naturally accomplished. This shows the difference of non-weariness. In the phrase "If shame arises, one is not weary due to shame and steadfastness," the place of non-weariness is both shame and steadfastness. If one asks how those two are the place of non-weariness, because shame makes one feel ashamed if the actions of a Bodhisattva are not weary, and because steadfastness prevents weariness from arising, therefore those two become the place. The phrase "With great interest in Bodhi" is because without great interest, one becomes weary due to weariness. Saying that having interest in great Bodhi is the nature of non-weariness, if desire and interest are the cause of non-weariness, how can the cause itself be established as the nature? Like this, without interest and desire, weariness will arise, and if there is desire for unsurpassed Bodhi, the meaning is

Without laziness and initiating diligence, therefore, initiating diligence and the cause of non-laziness is desire. Therefore, naming the effect as the cause, it is said that desire has the nature of non-laziness. Since desire is the cause of diligence, it is also said in the treatises: desire is the act of giving in the place of diligence. The treatise understanding has two verses, that is, being proficient in the five sciences is called treatise understanding. Someone asks: What is the connection between explaining treatise understanding after non-laziness? Answer: After being non-lazy in this way, Bodhisattvas rely on virtuous friends, listening to the Dharma, etc., is something that will definitely be done. In this way, listening to the Dharma will lead to proficiency in the five sciences, so there is a connection between explaining treatise understanding after non-laziness. "Things and for the sake of it, deeds are all superior, nature and inexhaustible, and those who obtain results, the treatise of the steadfast." The meaning is that although Hearers, Solitary Buddhas, and worldly people are also proficient in the five sciences, the treatise understanding of the steadfast Bodhisattvas surpasses others in things, surpasses others in what is done for it, surpasses others in deeds, surpasses others in nature, surpasses others in inexhaustibility, and surpasses others in obtaining results. "The nature of Samadhi and Dharani, can ripen sentient beings, and also hold the Dharma." The meaning is that Bodhisattvas are proficient in the five sciences, some are the nature of Samadhi, held by Samadhi and related to Samadhi; some are the nature of Dharani, held by Dharani and related to Dharani. Among them, Samadhi refers to Samadhi such as the Heroic March Samadhi, etc. Being proficient in the five sciences of the nature of Samadhi can fully ripen sentient beings. Being proficient in the five sciences of the nature of Dharani can hold all the meanings and words of the Dharma. Among them, the things of treatise understanding are:
