It should be done like this. May I become a Buddha with fruition, as wished for in the past. The reason for this is that in past lives, vows were made. How were the vows made? It is said that when a Buddha, a Bhagavan, appears in the world, may I not coincide with the destruction of the kalpa, and also, having met the Buddhas, may I also make offerings to the Buddhas, and may the offerings made have fruition, and may they be meaningful. Fields of immeasurable sentient beings, etc., refer to the fields where the seeds of offerings are planted, which are immeasurable sentient beings. For the sake of fully ripening those sentient beings, from teaching the Dharma onwards, until teaching how to make offerings in the field of sentient beings' minds, after teaching the Dharma, the seeds of offerings are planted, and sentient beings are also engaged in the work of offerings. The mind dwells in experiencing taste, etc., meaning that the mind dwells in experiencing taste, etc., and even dwells in the state of reality. It is said that in the past, having made offerings to the Tathagatas, seeing that as a virtue and generating joy from it is called experiencing taste. When sentient beings in the ten directions make offerings to the Tathagatas, the mind rejoices, which is called rejoicing. May I and sentient beings also make offerings to the Buddha in the future, rejoicing and making such vows is called manifest joy and attention. As the faith and understanding spoken of, etc., also faith and understanding, and thinking, and obtaining wealth, etc., also dwell in the mind and are called offerings. It is said that faith and understanding is to have faith and delight in the Mahayana sutras that explain the Dharma and meaning of how to make offerings to the Tathagatas, and that is also making offerings to the Tathagatas. Thinking also has nine aspects, namely experiencing taste, rejoicing, manifest joy, insatiability, vastness, joy, benefiting, being without afflictions, and virtuous thinking. Their characteristics should be combined as explained in the context of the Paramitas. Wealth refers to making offerings to the Tathagatas based on the Samadhi of the Treasury of Space, etc. Bodhi.

From the perspective of generating Bodhicitta, after generating the supreme Bodhicitta, no matter where one is born, one should accomplish the benefit of oneself and others, and make aspirations to offer to the Tathagatas. This is called "relying." By relying on this, it can also become an offering to the Tathagatas. Why is aspiration called "relying"? Therefore, aspiration is because verses are added. So here it is said to be relying. Instead of putting the aspiration itself in, the words of relying are put in, because it is uncomfortable to add the sections of verses, so the words of aspiration are called relying, and then the words of relying are put into the verses. Having compassion for sentient beings means that when you see sentient beings suffering, compassion arises and you want to eliminate their suffering. This is called compassion. This compassionate mind can also become an offering to all Buddhas, that is the meaning. In order to fully mature oneself and sentient beings, enduring sufferings such as cold, heat, hunger, and thirst is called enduring the suffering of asceticism. This can also become an offering to the Buddha. From generosity paramita to wisdom paramita, practicing the six paramitas is called practicing paramitas correctly. This can also become an offering to the Buddha. Rightly attending to the Dharma, etc., for all dharmas, such as impermanence, suffering, emptiness, and selflessness, rightly attending to is called practicing reality. Why should "rightly" be added to practicing reality? Because it can correctly understand the characteristics of all dharmas such as impermanence and suffering, so practicing reality is called rightly attending to. On the path of seeing, there is right view, etc. After obtaining the first ground, when the path of seeing arises, the right view of understanding the two selflessnesses arises, which is called understanding reality. Why is right view called understanding reality? Because right view towards people

Non-self, and in order to not misunderstand and comprehend the meaning of the non-self of phenomena. Like this, one who generates a true and correct view also makes offerings to the Tathagata. The liberation from the afflictive actions of the Shravakas, etc., the Shravakas, without abandoning the obscuration of knowledge, abandon the obscuration of afflictions and attain the peace of Nirvana, which is called liberation. This also means that the Shravakas have made offerings to the Tathagata. In order to attain great Bodhi, through truthfulness, the Bodhisattvas and the Paramitas are practiced in sequence, and the attainment of unsurpassed Bodhi through the sequence of making offerings to the Tathagata is called truthfulness. One who attains great Bodhi also makes offerings to the Tathagatas of the ten directions. Thus, one kind of differentiation of offerings to the Tathagata has been explained. Furthermore, the differentiation of past, future, and present, inner and outer, coarse and subtle, good and bad, near and far, or in order to show the differentiation of offerings to the Tathagata, it is said, "Cause and effect are also like that." Among them, offering in the past is the cause, offering in such a time is the effect, because there is a seed of offering in the past, so offering in the present is the cause, offering in the future is the effect, the cause of offering in the present will become offering in the future, thus the offerings that arise in the past, future, and present are established in the way of cause and effect. "Doing oneself and also by others," offering one's own body and limbs, and listening and thinking, etc., is oneself, this is the inner offering. Having friends and relatives and other relatives make offerings, and offering Dharma robes, etc., is others, this is the outer offering. "Acquisition and reverence also, accomplishment is also of two kinds, offering small and large,"
