Similarly, the seventh, eighth, ninth, and tenth bhumis are established as aggregates liberated from the four obscurations in order to obtain the four fruits. The four fruits are those just mentioned above. The seventh bhumi obtains the fruit of being manifestly engaged with the absence of characteristics. The eighth bhumi obtains the fruit of spontaneously accomplishing the absence of characteristics and completely purifying it. The ninth bhumi obtains the fruit of fully ripening sentient beings. The tenth bhumi obtains the fruit of immeasurable dharanis and samadhis. The obscurations of those four fruits are also fourfold: subtly pervasive characteristics, manifest engagement with the absence of characteristics itself, the absence of manifest engagement in accomplishing the benefit of sentient beings, and the non-attainment of mastery over all dharmas. Among these, the seventh bhumi abides in being manifestly engaged with the absence of characteristics, and therefore is free from the obscuration of subtly pervasive characteristics. The eighth bhumi abides in the absence of manifest engagement with the absence of characteristics, and therefore is free from the obscuration of being manifestly engaged with the absence of characteristics. The ninth bhumi has accomplished the fruit of fully ripening sentient beings, and therefore is free from the obscuration of the absence of manifest engagement in accomplishing the benefit of sentient beings. The tenth bhumi has obtained immeasurable dharanis and samadhis, and therefore is free from the obscuration of not having obtained mastery over all dharmas. Therefore, those are established as purifying the aggregates of liberation. In the buddha-bhumi, it is established as the aggregate of seeing the wisdom that is liberated from the obscuration of obstructions, because having attained the buddha-bhumi, and being free from the obscuration of knowledge that is only as thin as gauze, because wisdom engages in all objects of knowledge without obstruction or attachment. Objection: Liberation is the nature of the truth of cessation, and the truth of cessation is unconditioned. If the unconditioned has no meaning of abandonment and possession, then how can the unconditioned be established as an aggregate? As the Abhidharmakosha also says: "The unconditioned aggregate is not taught, it is only meaning and dream." Answer: The unconditioned is not established as the nature of an aggregate. Thus, liberation in the Indian language is: Vimukta.

It is said that "Ti" arises, and the meaning of Vimukti goes in two ways. What are the two? The nature of abandoning afflictions is also called Vimukti, which is liberation. The nature of faith is also called Vimukti, which is liberation. In this case, liberation refers to the nature of faith. Since the nature of faith is conditioned, there is no fault in establishing it as the aggregate of liberation. Otherwise, liberation will not be included in the aggregate of conditioned aggregates. From the obscuration of obstacles, that is, at the stage of Buddhahood, the stage of Buddhahood is the attainment of the aggregate of seeing the wisdom of liberation from the obscuration of obstacles, and it is established in this way. In what way does it obstruct the wisdom of other objects of knowledge? When the stage of Buddhahood is attained, the obscurations that the Bodhisattvas of the ten bhumis have are cut off like a thin veil and freed from them. Because the wisdom of the Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas is also obstructed, the Tathagata's wisdom can also penetrate all the objects of knowledge that their wisdom can comprehend. Therefore, at the time of Buddhahood, the seeing of the wisdom of liberation is established as completely purified. Starting from the establishment of accomplishment, there are three verses. In order to attain which bhumi, one strives and cultivates, and from the cultivation, that bhumi is accomplished, either attained or not perfected, this is called accomplishment. In the stage of faith practice and the ten bhumis, how many merits are accomplished and how many are not accomplished are distinguished and explained, which is called the establishment of accomplishment, which is explained by three verses. Unaccomplished and accomplished, all the bhumis must be understood. The ten bhumis plus the stage of faith practice, these eleven bhumis must be understood from two aspects, that is, the unaccomplished bhumi and the accomplished bhumi. Among them, all the stages of faith practice are unaccomplished bhumis. Why? Because the nature of pervading all dharmadhatu has not been realized, therefore none of the ten bhumis have been realized, so it is established as an unaccomplished bhumi. The first bhumi and above, and below the tenth bhumi, are called accomplished bhumis, the dharma of
