If one performs empowerment from the crown of that child (ön nu), immediately after the empowerment, that is considered a king, belonging to the category of empowerment from the crown of the royal family. If one perfects the path of the ten virtuous actions, one will certainly obtain the qualification of being counted as a Chakravartin. Alas, sons of the Buddhas, similarly, Bodhisattvas, after being empowered by those Buddhas, the Bhagavat, are called empowerment because they manifestly bestow the empowerment of wisdom. After perfecting the ten powers, they are counted among the perfectly complete Buddhas, it is said. Regarding the ten bhumis, the statement of establishing Bodhisattvas in each of the bhumis means that when one attains this bhumi, in order to establish what the name of the person who attained this bhumi should be called, it is said that the ten bhumis are the statement of establishing Bodhisattvas in each of the bhumis. In order to obtain the wisdom that is the antidote to clinging to persons and phenomena, it means that the wisdom that is the antidote to clinging to persons and phenomena refers to non-conceptual wisdom, meaning to obtain non-conceptual wisdom. In order to obtain meditation and samadhi without loss, it means that from the time of obtaining the third bhumi onwards, even if one transmigrates, one will not lose the meditation and samadhi that one has obtained, therefore it is said to be without loss of meditation and samadhi. In order to abandon the pride in various things such as the Sutras, it means that at the time of the third bhumi, even for the sake of one verse, one would be willing to abandon oneself from the Brahma world in the midst of a fire filling the three thousand great thousand world systems, but when one obtains the fourth bhumi, that mind also becomes distracted and arrogant. Therefore, at the time of obtaining the fourth bhumi, one must also abandon that mind and apply oneself to cultivating the aspects of Bodhi. The fifth bhumi is without distinction of lineage, it means that at the time of obtaining the fifth bhumi, because one has obtained ten pure thoughts of mind, one sees the Tathagatas of the three times and oneself as the same mindstream, therefore it is said that there is no pride in the distinction of lineage. The sixth bhumi is without pride in the distinction of defilement and purification, it means that at the time of obtaining the sixth bhumi, because of ignorance...

Because of the conditions, such as actions, one does not contemplate on the side of complete defilement. Because ignorance ceases, actions cease, etc., one does not contemplate on the side of purity. Therefore, there is no pride in the aspects of complete defilement and purification, which is called no pride. Why is there no pride? Because of that, one dwells much in the suchness of dependent arising, relying on the naturally pure, etc., it is said. When the sixth ground is attained, because one meditates and dwells much on the meaning of emptiness, which is the dependent arising without arising or ceasing, one cannot establish two aspects of white and black for emptiness. Emptiness is naturally pure, so for the naturally pure dharma, one does not see the side of complete defilement such as ignorance as the black side, nor does one see the side of purification such as the cessation of actions due to the cessation of ignorance as the white side. There is no pride in the difference between complete defilement and purification, which is called no pride. Abandonment and purification of the field, because of the abiding of the signless spontaneously accomplished. When the eighth ground is attained, the purification of abandonment and the purification of the field are established. Because at that time, one attains the samadhi of non-conceptual spontaneous accomplishment, the purification of abandonment is established. In order to universally display the vessel world adorned with seven precious things, the purification of the field is established. For the sake of mixing and closely associating with the bodhisattvas who have entered the irreversible ground. After attaining the eighth ground, one becomes the same in nature and activity as the bodhisattvas who have entered the eighth ground, therefore it is called mixing and closely associating with the bodhisattvas who have entered the irreversible ground. Above, it was also said to mix and closely associate on the seventh ground, and here it is also said to mix and closely associate at the time of the eighth ground. What is the difference between these two? There is a difference. Above, at the time of the seventh ground, it was said to mix and closely associate because of the connection with the eighth ground, but here, at the time of the eighth ground, one transcends the ground.

The bodhisattva who has attained excellence, that is, the bodhisattvas who have attained the eighth ground, are said to be mixed and extremely mixed because they have the same nature and the same activity. The ninth ground is like the previous one, skilled in fully maturing sentient beings. The bodhisattva who has attained the ninth ground is considered to be a person skilled in fully maturing sentient beings. Its meaning is also similar to what was said before, because he has attained the four individually correct wisdoms, he has the power to mature sentient beings. Because he has attained great superknowledge, at the time of the tenth ground, even a single atom can be greatly manifested as the universe of the three thousand great thousand worlds, and even the universe of the three thousand great thousand worlds can be reduced and contained in a single atom, and because he has attained superknowledge, it is considered a great miracle. And the complete Dharmakaya, at the time of the tenth ground, because he has attained countless doors of samadhi and countless doors of dharani, which are the cause of the Dharmakaya, the Dharmakaya of the bodhisattva is called complete. Being enthroned as a Buddha, at the time of the tenth ground, the rays of light of all the Tathagatas of the ten directions enthrone the successor of the Dharma King, so it is called being enthroned as a Buddha. Starting from the establishment of the precepts, there are five verses, the precepts of the bodhisattva are three, namely the precepts of higher morality, the precepts of higher mind, and the precepts of higher wisdom. Therefore, all ten grounds are learning these three precepts, therefore, according to which ground learns which precept, five verses are taught. Having realized the nature of reality, here, one follows the higher morality. It means that after realizing the nature of reality of the selflessness of persons and the selflessness of phenomena in the first ground, here refers to being connected with the second ground, and then from the second ground one learns the precepts of higher morality. Like this, even in the first ground there is higher morality.
