The third, abandons the characteristics of viewing the co-emergent aggregates of the world. The fourth ground, because it has the characteristic of harming the truths of suffering and origin, and the characteristic of seeing the truths of cessation and path as peaceful. The fifth ground, engages in various fields of craftsmanship and gives rise to various conceptualizations. The sixth ground, has the characteristic of realizing dependent origination, such as ignorance conditioning action in the proper order, and ignorance ceasing, action ceasing, etc., in the reverse order. Bodhisattvas abiding on these grounds are called those with characteristics. As for what is called without characteristics, Bodhisattvas abiding on the seventh ground are called Bodhisattvas without characteristics. How is it without characteristics? Because the Bodhisattva abiding on that ground has abandoned all the characteristics that arise below the sixth ground, it is called without characteristics. Spontaneously acting. As for what is called spontaneously acting, Bodhisattvas abiding on the irreversible eighth, ninth, and tenth grounds are called Bodhisattvas who act spontaneously. Why are those abiding on these three called spontaneously acting? Because at that time, accomplishing the benefit of self and others, and the samadhi of non-conceptualization, are spontaneously accomplished without effort, therefore they are called spontaneously acting. The five Bodhisattvas, all the grounds should be known. As for what is called the five Bodhisattvas, from the ground of aspiring conduct upwards, to the tenth ground downwards, these eleven grounds should be known to have five kinds of Bodhisattvas. Now, the nature of these five Bodhisattvas is explained. Among them, whether one is accomplishing the six perfections, or has already accomplished the six perfections, one does not dedicate them to worldly perfections, or to the nirvana of hearers and solitary realizers. Dedicating them to attaining the unsurpassed great Bodhi, and making aspirations, in order to show that this is the nature of a Bodhisattva, therefore it is said not to be attached to desire, etc. Among them, not being attached to desire is the perfection of giving.

Going to the other shore, abiding in the perfection of generosity, not being attached to the qualities and enjoyments of the five desires such as form, and completely giving away inner and outer things. What is called the purification of the three actions, the perfection of morality is the purification of the three actions. Abiding in morality, one does not kill living beings with the body, does not steal, and does not engage in unchaste conduct. The action of the body is purified, and with the mouth, one does not lie, does not slander, does not speak harsh words, and does not speak idle words. The action of speech is purified, and with the mind, there is no attachment, no malice, and no wrong views. The action of the mind is purified. What is called subduing anger, subduing anger is the perfection of patience. When abiding in patience, anger does not arise, and therefore it is subdued. What is called striving for supreme qualities, the word "qualities" refers to generosity and other transcendent virtues. Striving for supreme qualities is the perfection of diligence. Diligence is to strive to accomplish all transcendent virtues. What is called not being moved by the Dharma, not being moved by the Dharma is the perfection of meditation. Meditation is to keep the mind focused on one point, and the mind does not move outward or become distracted. What is called truly seeing the profound, truly profound is the selflessness of persons and phenomena. Truly seeing the profound is the perfection of wisdom. Wisdom sees and understands the two selflessnesses. The above sentences show the accomplishment of the six perfections. Having devotion to great enlightenment, the mind of enlightenment. It means that dedicating all the accomplishment of the six perfections to become the cause of attaining unsurpassed enlightenment is called having devotion to great enlightenment. This shows the aspiration for enlightenment. Also, in other ways, by accomplishing the six perfections and aspiring for enlightenment, it is shown to be a Bodhisattva, therefore, the desire to benefit, etc., is mentioned. Among them, benefiting
