The action of seeing, etc., will never be absent, but will always be endowed with the action of seeing, etc. If that is the case, then the action of seeing, etc., will not be impermanent, but will become the nature of permanence. If the action is permanent, then seeing, etc., will become the fault of being simultaneous or constantly arising. That is to say, if the action of seeing, etc., becomes the nature of permanence, then the action of seeing, etc., will become simultaneous, or it will become the fault of constantly arising at all times. Why? Because for impermanent dharmas, they do not arise simultaneously, but some arise and some do not arise, sometimes they arise and sometimes they do not arise. For permanent dharmas, because there is no way to establish them in many ways, they arise completely pervasive like the sky, and it becomes the fault of arising at all times. Therefore, it is also unreasonable to say that the action of seeing, etc., arises suddenly. In order to show that I (ātman, Sanskrit, आत्मा, ātman, self) is also an unreasonable condition for the action of seeing, etc. It is said like this: From such abiding and destruction, because it was not previously existent and is impermanent, there is also no third party's tenet, therefore it is also unreasonable as a condition. It is said like this, like this, I am also unreasonable as the cause and condition for the action of seeing, etc. Why? If I become the cause and condition of seeing, etc., then I am permanent, will this permanent one act as a condition? If I am impermanent, will this impermanent one act as a condition? Or I am neither permanent nor impermanent, like this, acting as a condition for seeing, etc., all three are unreasonable. How is it not established? If I abide as such and am permanent, then it is unreasonable for the fruits arising from the permanent cause to sometimes arise and sometimes not arise, because it will become arising at all times, so when the eyes are looking, there will be the action of seeing, and before not looking, the action of seeing will not be absent, because there will also be the action of seeing before that, so there will be no previous absence. If I am impermanent
