By its own nature, it arises and ceases, and there is no other "goer" except for going to another place in the next moment, that is its meaning. In order to clarify this meaning, it is said, "There is no other going except for the arising of all phenomena in another place." As mentioned above, phenomena transfer to another place uninterruptedly by their momentary nature, and there is no other "goer" besides that, that is its meaning. In order to summarize these words, it is said, "Because there is no it, it is momentary." In this way, because there is no other "goer" that makes phenomena go to another place, phenomena are momentary, that is its meaning. For the nature of going that arises in another place without interruption, it should be known that there are many causes, that is to say, in the way that the previous moment ceases and the next moment arises, making phenomena go to another place, there are many causes that make it go to another place, that is its meaning. There is also going by the power of mind, that is to say, it exists that phenomena go to another place by making mind the cause. For example, due to the power of the mind wanting to walk, the continuum of moments of the body and so on takes steps and goes to another place. There is also being thrown by previous karma, that is to say, it exists that phenomena go to another place by the power of the cause of previous karma. For example, sentient beings in the intermediate state transfer to the mother's womb due to the power of previous karma. There is also going by the power of throwing, that is to say, it also exists that phenomena go to another place by making throwing the cause. For example, due to the power of the person shooting the arrow, the arrow goes to another place. There is also going by the power of connection, that is to say, some things also exist that phenomena go to another place by making the power of connection the cause. For example, a person rides a horse, and there is a connection between the horse and the person. If the horse goes to another place, the person also goes to another place; there is a connection between water and a boat, and wherever the water goes, the boat also goes. There is also going by the power of moving, that is to say,

There are also instances where actions (འདུ་བྱེད་) go to other places due to being propelled. For example, the wind propels grass and leaves, causing them to go to other places due to the force of the wind. The statement "going by the power of nature" means that there are also instances where actions (འདུ་བྱེད་) go to other places due to nature being the cause. For example, the nature of wind is to travel directly, so when the wind rises, it appears to go to other places. The nature of fire is to burn upwards, so flames appear to burn high into the sky. The nature of water is to flow downwards, so water flows downwards to depressions and other places, thus going to other places. The statement "going by power" means that there are also instances where some actions (འདུ་བྱེད་) go to other places due to power being the cause. For example, mantra practitioners go from one place to another through the power of mantras. Or, through the power of taking medicine or applying it to the body, sentient beings go to other places. The power of magnets causes iron to move, rise upwards, and travel directly. Beings who have attained magical powers go from one place to another through the power of those powers. The statement "things with seeds and without seeds are known in an instant because they arise" means that previously existing with the seeds of afflictions, they later arise as things without afflictions through the power of cultivating the noble path. Therefore, they should be known in an instant. By what valid cognition (ཚད་མ་) is it known in an instant? Therefore, it is said, "because it is not suitable to remain, and it is usually impossible." If things were not momentary but existed in a permanent nature, it would also be impossible for them to change from having seeds to not having seeds, because they would always have seeds. If they always had seeds in this way, then like the aggregates (ཕུང་པོ་) of a noble Arhat, the nirvana with remainder, having the remainder of the aggregates, thus becoming the nature of not having seeds, and the final aggregate entering the realm of nirvana without remainder, would also be impossible. To explain this point in detail, momentary things can arise as things with seeds and without seeds, because they are not suitable to remain.
