Nga. The place of aging is said to be: Initially, when one first emerges from the mother's womb, it is called birth. From then until one can walk, it is called a child. From then until one can play, it is called a youth. From then until the strength of mind and body is complete, it is called adulthood. From then until one gradually ages and changes, it is called middle age. When the body weakens, it is called old age. For permanent things, it is impossible for other things to change into other things like this. It is not like that; when things change from one state to another, one must recognize it instantly. Inferior and superior refer to beings born in the lower realms and those born in the higher realms, respectively. Inferior and superior births are sequential; being born in the three lower realms is an inferior birth, and being born among gods and humans is a superior birth. For permanent dharmas, it is impossible to be born among gods and humans after being cut off from being born in the three lower realms, or to be born in the lower realms after being cut off from being born among gods and humans. It is not like that; after dying from the three lower realms, one is born among gods and humans, and after dying from among gods and humans, one is born in the three lower realms. Therefore, one must recognize impermanence. Luminosity refers to those who manifest according to their desires, those who delight in the transformations of others, and those who are born in the form and formless realms, because they depend solely on the mind. Being born in luminosity refers to the gods of the Joyful Transformation and the Gods Who Control the Transformations of Others among the six desire realms, as well as the beings of the form realm and all the beings of the formless realm, who are all called born in luminosity. Why? Because all the actions of the gods born there depend on their own minds, and all things are accomplished simply by thinking about them. For example, the gods of the Joyful Transformation, when they desire to enjoy themselves with any goddess, if they mentally create a body color, clothing, and ornaments that match the mind of that goddess, they will appear in that way. The goddesses also want to enjoy themselves with any god, and such causes and
