It means that because there are ninety-nine kinds of latent tendencies, they must be eliminated. The so-called "purified transformation" refers to applying antidotes to those wisdoms, and if afflictions and cognitive obscurations are purified in someone's mind, then obtaining a transformation to another state, that is the meaning. This shows that it possesses perfect antidotes. The so-called "obtaining transformation" refers to, like this, having eliminated the two obscurations, obtaining the four wisdoms and the five pure realms of Dharma, which is called obtaining transformation. The so-called "white Buddha's supreme qualities" refers to, like this, having obtained the five dharmas at the level of Buddhahood, as well as perfect qualities such as powers, fearlessnesses, non-common qualities, etc., therefore it is called possessing the supreme qualities of white Dharma. Because Hearers and others do not have these qualities, it is called supreme. Above it was said that eliminating the two obscurations is done through the path of transcendent wisdom, and in order to show that there are two kinds of wisdom, it was said, "Non-discriminating wisdom path pure, hence that is obtained." It means that one obtains the very pure non-discriminating wisdom path, and after that, one obtains the pure worldly wisdom path that takes all knowable things as its object, and through these two paths, the two obscurations are completely eliminated. Among them, with the very pure non-discriminating wisdom, all dharmas are seen as empty like the face of the sky. What is obtained after that is the pure worldly wisdom that takes limitless knowable things as its object, which sees all things of the world realm encompassed by the three times of past, present, and future as illusions and mirages. Now, regarding the two verses, although Hearers and Solitary Buddhas also have transformation, the transformation of the Tathagata is more supreme and excellent than them. Therefore, it was said, "The Tathagata abides there," etc., in one verse. Among them, because one has realized how the realm of Dharma abides, one is called Tathagata. The so-called "Tathagata enters that" refers to the uncontaminated state after transformation.

English
The meaning of having attained the ultimate truth and comprehended it in the mind. It says: "Dwelling on the high peak of the mountain king, he gazes upon beings." The king of mountains is Mount Sumeru. Some sentient beings, dwelling on the summit of Mount Sumeru, can see what is near and far, good and bad, when they look in all ten directions. Similarly, the Tathagatas, having transcended the state of the Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas, and having attained the exalted and sublime state of the Tathagatas, gaze upon all sentient beings with great compassion. It also shows compassion to beings who rejoice in peace, what need is there to mention beings who rejoice in existence? Thus it says: Having thus compassionately looked upon all, the Shravakas, lacking great compassion, abandon the benefit of sentient beings and enter into peaceful Nirvana for the sake of their own benefit alone. They have not benefited sentient beings who have been close relatives since beginningless time, and they have not attained the omniscient wisdom that has eliminated the obscurations of knowledge. Thus, compassion is also directed towards them. What need is there to say that compassion arises for ordinary sentient beings who are delighted in the Dharma of the world, who cannot even accomplish their own benefit, who are constantly tormented by many sufferings, and who are bound by the qualities of the five desires? This is the meaning of arising compassion. Especially for the distant and evil worlds, the so-called distant worlds are the Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas, because there is a great difference in qualities between them and the Tathagatas. The evil world refers to ordinary beings, because they have been liberated from Samsara. Now, with the third verse, it explains the excellent state, which is the distinction of the qualities that possess qualities. Therefore, entering and supremely entering, not entering, not abiding. Thus, one verse is spoken. The excellent state of the Tathagatas is that they always act solely for the benefit of sentient beings, and because they enter for the benefit of others, it is called entering. The excellent state is the most excellent of all dharmas, and because of the most excellent entry, it is called supremely entering, surpassing all worldly dharmas.

Also superior, because it is even more superior than the transformed state of the Hearers and Solitary Realizers who have transcended the world. 'Non-abiding abode' means that 'abode' refers to the transformed state, and it is called 'non-abiding abode' because it does not abide in the three causes of all afflictions. The three causes of all afflictions are proximity to objects, inappropriate attention, and the unabandoned predispositions. 'Returning' means that the transformed state does not abide in all afflictions, nor does it abide in sinful and unwholesome deeds, because it returns from self-indulgence, it is called 'returning.' 'All-entering' means that because it always enters, it is 'all-entering,' because once the transformed state is attained, it will not be lost until the end of samsara. Or, because it enters into all the antidotes to afflictions, it is called 'all-entering.' 'Two' means that it enters into showing the initial manifestation of enlightenment, and it enters into showing the final nirvana, because it enters into showing two aspects, it is called 'two-entering.' 'Non-two' means that it actually does not abide in two. Not abiding in two means that it does not abide in samsara, nor does it abide in nirvana. Among them, because one possesses wisdom and abandons the extreme of conditioned existence, one does not abide in samsara. Because one abandons the unconditioned with compassion, one does not abide in nirvana either. 'Equal' means that in terms of liberation from abandoning all afflictions, there is no difference between Hearers, Solitary Realizers, and Buddhas, so it is called 'equal entering.' 'Difference' means that because it is superior to the transformed state of Hearers by abandoning the obscurations to knowledge, and by the qualities of powers and fearlessness, it is called 'difference entering.' 'All-going' means that for sentient beings, the three vehicles all go and enter. 'The Tathagata is complete' means that the transformed state of the Tathagata is said to possess the above-mentioned differences in qualities. Because it possesses excellence and enters extensively, it is called 'all-entering,' without
