That is also desired. Regarding this, first, when generating the mind of enlightenment, thinking that all sentient beings will be liberated to unsurpassed enlightenment, from generating this mind arises practice, therefore, practice is the nature of great significance. Having generated the mind in this way, up to the stage of aspiring conduct, before the ten bhumis, doing things for oneself and others is considered to be the nature of great undertaking. Afterwards, the Buddha, with Samantaprabha, obtains the fruit of unsurpassed enlightenment, which is the nature of great fruit. Therefore, the conduct of a Bodhisattva is good in the beginning, good in the middle, and good in the end. Among them, because of great significance, it is good in the beginning. Because of great undertaking, it is good in the middle. Because of great fruit, it is good in the end. Because it possesses these three greatnesses, it is said: Always accepting greatness, enduring greatness, accomplishing the task of great meaning. First, when generating the mind of enlightenment, promising to liberate all sentient beings to unsurpassed enlightenment, therefore it is accepting greatness. Afterwards, up to the stage of aspiring conduct, before the ten bhumis, for the benefit of oneself and others, not being weary of various austerities, therefore it is enduring greatness. Finally, at the time of the Buddha's stage, having awakened to unsurpassed enlightenment, perfectly accomplishing the benefit of oneself and others, therefore it is said to be accomplishing the task of great meaning. For the verse that has no difference in the benefit of oneself and others, it is said that after generating the mind of enlightenment, one should abide in practice. That is, one should accomplish self-benefit, and also accomplish the benefit of others. Among them, self-benefit is to abandon afflictions and suffering, and to obtain happiness of the world and beyond the world. Just as one accomplishes in this way for oneself, one should also accomplish the same for other sentient beings, in order to show this, therefore the verse is composed, this is the meaning of the verse. Furthermore, generating the mind of equality towards oneself, means that even if that matter has not manifested, because one has generated one's own mind of enlightenment, it is equal in the stage of aspiring conduct, through ways such as thinking, with the accumulation of wisdom, what oneself is, other sentient beings are also that, what others are

Finding equality between oneself and other sentient beings, saying, "I am also like that," and when one attains the first ground, realizing the characteristic of going to all realms of Dharma, one finds the very equality between oneself and others. Furthermore, regarding "cherishing oneself most causes suffering to others," not only does one realize the equality between oneself and others through wisdom, but also, with great compassion, one cherishes, loves, and cares for others even more than oneself. Thus, "cherishing others more than oneself knows the supreme benefit of others." Whatever is the benefit of oneself and the benefit of others, as explained above, with wisdom, one realizes the equality between oneself and others. With compassion, one cherishes other sentient beings more than oneself, and for those Bodhisattvas who generate the mind to supremely accomplish the benefit of others, there is no distinction of "this is for my benefit, this is for the benefit of others." Whatever action is done, that which is done for the benefit of others is also for one's own benefit. The verse that distinguishes the benefit of others means that the Bodhisattvas cherish others more than themselves, as mentioned earlier. How do they cherish others more than themselves? To show this, the verse is composed. Thus, with the nature of compassion, for the sake of others, like enduring suffering and torment oneself, how can worldly people have compassion for their enemies to torment them? For example, Bodhisattvas with the nature of great compassion, for the sake of placing other sentient beings in happiness and goodness, for the benefit of other sentient beings, giving away possessions and sovereignty, and the suffering of cutting off heads, feet, hands, etc., the Bodhisattva himself experiences discomfort and harm. Just as worldly people inflict harm on enemies and executioners, even if they allow various harms such as killing and cutting, the harm that the Bodhisattva endures for the benefit of others, worldly people cannot do that much. The two verses that distinguish the accomplishment of the benefit of others mean that the place of accomplishment, the composition, and the result have already been discussed above.

It is said. It also shows that there is no difference between one's own benefit and that of others. It also shows cherishing the benefit of others more than oneself. Now, in order to show that one acts towards three kinds of sentient beings in thirteen ways with two verses, therefore, this verse is composed, this is its meaning. Those who abide in the nature of small, medium, and supreme Dharma, etc. This shows the three kinds of sentient beings. Those of the Hearer Vehicle lineage abide in the nature of the small Dharma. Those of the Solitary Buddha Vehicle lineage abide in the nature of the medium Dharma. Those individuals of the Bodhisattva lineage abide in the nature of the supreme Dharma. Well shown, etc. There are three kinds of miracles, namely, the miracle of subsequent instruction, the miracle of explanation, and the miracle of magical power. That is, when those three kinds of individuals each examine their own minds, and show that your mind has desire, or has anger, or has ignorance, this is called the miracle of subsequent instruction. Afterwards, in order to counteract it, explaining impurity and love, etc., this is called the miracle of explanation. Explaining the two kinds of miracles to those who have faith in the teachings is called well explained, this is the same meaning but in a different way. Making joyful means, for those non-believers such as heretics, showing the miracle of magical power, such as transforming one into many, making them generate faith, and then introducing them into the Buddha Dharma, this is called making joyful, this is the second way of acting. Entering means, after taking refuge in the Three Jewels, making them uphold the precepts, this is called entering, this is the third meaning. Determining the meaning means, for those of the three vehicles each of their own lineage, having doubts about the Dharma of their vehicle, in order to eliminate their doubts, making them determine the meaning, this is called the fourth way of acting. Completely maturing in virtue means, making those who have eliminated doubts practice the six perfections, this is called completely maturing, this is the fifth way of acting. Thus instructing means, for those who do not have the key points of meditation, giving the key points of meditatio
