It means that wisdom will be obtained below. If you ask what kind of wisdom it is? You will obtain the unsurpassed wisdom that transcends the world, and the meaning of obtaining non-discriminating wisdom. This wisdom is not available to worldly people, so it is called transcendence of the world. This wisdom is more special than other Shravakas, Pratyekabuddhas, etc., so it is called unsurpassed. When will it be obtained? It is obtained on the first ground, and it is obtained at the time of the extremely happy ground. At that time, it will become equal to all the Bodhisattvas who have entered the first ground. Therefore, it is called the same practice, because it is the same as the Bodhisattvas who have entered the first ground in body, speech and mind. The defilements that are abandoned by seeing, all are exhausted, for the sake of eliminating the obstacles of knowledge, one should enter into practice. It is said that after obtaining non-discriminating wisdom on the first ground, all the defilements that should be abandoned by seeing are completely eliminated, and after they are exhausted, for the sake of eliminating the obstacles of knowledge, from the second ground to the tenth ground, the meaning of entering into practice. The path of practice there is to show what wisdom to practice, and what wisdom will eliminate the obstacles of knowledge. Discrimination and non-discrimination, practice together with wisdom, thus follow the Dharma, and the remaining lands are also like this. It is said that the wisdom of discrimination is the wisdom of the pure world, and what wisdom distinguishes this as the Dharma that should be abandoned, this as the Dharma that should be cultivated, and this as the nature of each. Non-discriminating wisdom is the wisdom that understands all the lands like the sky, so as to purify the impurities of each, and also enable those who have not obtained it to obtain it. These two wisdoms also practice together, the wisdom of the pure world arises in the wisdom of non-discrimination, and the wisdom of non-discrimination arises after the wisdom of the pure world, thus mutually in order.

Because it arises, it is called 'acting together.' Thus, from the second to the tenth ground, these two wisdoms eliminate the obscuration of knowledge, which is called 'acting in accordance with the Dharma.' 'Acting together' means acting in a connected manner, meaning constantly with each other. When one wisdom arises after another, arising in a connected manner, it is called 'acting together.' That is to say, these two wisdoms constantly arise with each other. After non-conceptual wisdom, pure worldly wisdom arises, and after that, non-conceptual wisdom arises again, like this without interruption. Regarding the four verses on being mindful in practice, even a Bodhisattva yogi should practice with mindfulness, so that practice can be perfected. In places without mindfulness, such as where the people are unruly, where there are few means of crossing the sea, or where there are fierce beings such as tigers and leopards, practicing there will endanger life, and practice will not be perfected. Therefore, it is best to practice in a mindful place, so four kinds of mindful Dharma are taught. What are they? Abiding in a suitable place, relying on a noble person, making genuine aspirations, and having accumulated merit in the past. Easy to obtain and easy to dwell, excellent land and excellent companions, a prosperous and virtuous place, where the wise act. These verses show a suitable place and dwelling. Among them, a place where it is easy to obtain alms and Dharma robes is called 'easy to obtain.' A place without unruly people and fierce animals is called 'easy to dwell.' A land without leprosy and skin diseases is called 'excellent land.' Companions with the same discipline and view are called 'excellent companions.' Few travelers during the day and little noise at night is called 'prosperous.' A place with these five qualities is called a 'virtuous place,' meaning a conducive place and dwelling. It means that a yogi Bodhisattva should dwell and practice in such a place. Retinue.

The explanation of "acting with caution in four ways" is, for example, if a chariot has four complete wheels, it can proceed cautiously and arrive safely at the place it wants to go. Similarly, here, if one possesses the four qualities such as residing in a conducive place, it is called caution, meaning that the yogi can safely reach the place he wants to go. "Easy to obtain" refers to easily obtaining Dharma robes, alms, etc. The place where the yogi resides, where one can obtain Dharma robes, begging bowls, alms, and medicine for illnesses without great effort, and where others will also make special offerings, is called easy to obtain. "Untamed" refers to unruly people and barbarians, etc. "Unruly" refers to wild animals, venomous snakes, and venomous bees, etc. "Good land is because there is no disease" means that in a place where there are no contagious diseases such as scabies, leprosy, and arthritis, that land is called good land. "Having good friends is because of having virtuous and harmonious friends" means that those whose precepts are not in harmony, such as the Sarvastivadins and the Mahasamghikas, associating with them will not lead to the success of the Sangha's activities; associating with those whose precepts are in harmony will lead to the success of activities. Those whose views are not in harmony, such as those who are inclined towards the views of the Shravakas and non-Buddhists, associating with them will lead to disputes and one will not be able to live in peace. "Few gatherings during the day" means that there are few people coming and going during the day, including men, women, and children. "Few distractions" means that the place where one resides has no brooms or other clutter, and no worldly possessions. "Small sounds at night" means that at night, when the yogi is meditating, the sounds of people and livestock, etc., cannot be heard. The sutras also say that sound is the thorn of meditation. Therefore, it is best to live in a place where even the sound of bees cannot be heard; if one hears a loud sound
