It should be done. As for what is called "knowable," first, the nature of the completely imputed (parikalpita) is to be known. How should it be known? It should be known that these things of the completely imputed do not exist like a rabbit's horn. As for what is called "to be abandoned," secondly, the nature of the dependent (paratantra) is not to be abandoned, because the stains of grasping and being grasped that exist in the dependent need to be purified. As for what is called "completely purified, naturally without stains," thirdly, the nature of the thoroughly established (pariniṣpanna) should be known as completely purified. Although the very nature of the thoroughly established is pure and without stains, it is not that sudden stains should not be purified, because they need to be purified. Thus, in order to show the three aspects of how the nature of the thoroughly established is pure by nature, but sudden stains still need to be purified, it is said: "Like space, gold, and water, afflictions should be purified in this way." For example, space, gold, and water are pure by nature, but sudden stains such as clouds, dirt, and impurities need to be removed. Similarly, the nature of the thoroughly established is also pure by nature, but sudden stains need to be purified. This is the essence. As for what is called "Other than that, there is nothing in the world," its explanation refers to the emptiness of the dharmadhātu. Other than emptiness, there is no dharma that is not included in emptiness. In the world, there is nothing that exists, such as form. Why? Because all internal and external dharmas are pervaded by emptiness. As for what is called "All beings are also deluded about this," thus, the nature of emptiness pervades all dharmas, and only the dharma of emptiness exists. If there is nothing more than that, then all sentient beings are deluded about the dharma of emptiness, meaning they do not understand or see the dharma of emptiness. As for what is called "How does the ignorance of the world manifestly increase?" this is something to be amazed at in the world. Although emptiness pervades everything, how is this ignorance and lack of knowledge that does not see emptiness acquired, nurtured, and increased from beginningless samsara? This is its meaning. As for what is called "Completely abandoning all conditioned phenomena, manifestly attached to the unconditioned."

Regarding actions, in this way, emptiness pervades everything. If there is nothing that is not included in emptiness, then the emptiness of existing dharmas is not abandoned. There are no unmanifested dharmas, such as form, which are like rabbit horns, but they manifestly cling and are held to exist. This is a wonderful thing. Alternatively, there are no dharmas in the world other than the three characteristics, because all defiled and purified dharmas are included in the three characteristics. Since it is only the three characteristics, all sentient beings are deluded about this. If the ignorance of not seeing the three characteristics increases in this way, then the existing dharmas, the three characteristics, are not seen, but attachment arises towards the non-existent dharmas, the grasper and the grasped. This is its meaning. From such a nature of the dharmadhatu, there is nothing else in the world. Regarding the dharmadhatu, which is free from grasper and grasped, there are no dharmas such as form and sound other than emptiness, because everything is pervaded by emptiness. Because dharmata is not different from dharma, why does emptiness pervade everything? Because dharmata is emptiness, dharma, that is, form, etc., does not exist separately in other places with different names, so everything is pervaded by emptiness. This is its meaning. Regarding the "fifteen verses of completely searching for Suchness as an illusion," if after searching for Suchness, it is then said that completely searching for Suchness as an illusion, what is the connection? For the word "Suchness," non-reversed and non-erroneous have the same meaning, that is, non-reality and reality are two types. Among them, for non-reality, also seeing non-reality, and for reality, also seeing reality, then it is called knowing only Suchness. Just as it was said before: "Suchness is always free from the two and the place of confusion, unspeakable, and without elaboration." The three natures of imputation, dependence, and perfect reality are successively said to be free from the two, the place of confusion, and the nature of being unspeakable and without elaboration. This Suchness has three forms.
