Having briefly shown how to introduce faith, now, the meaning is that the three bodies will be extensively and thoroughly explained in seven verses. The so-called "nature and," nature refers to the Dharmakaya. When the defilements of grasping and being grasped that exist in the alaya-vijñana are cleared away, and the Dharmadhatu is transformed into mirror-like wisdom, it is called the Dharmakaya. The so-called "complete enjoyment" refers to the Sambhogakaya. When the place of affliction is transformed into equality wisdom, and the consciousness is transformed into discriminating awareness wisdom, and the great enjoyment of the Dharma is performed for the bodhisattvas who have entered the bhumis, it is called the Sambhogakaya. The Nirmanakaya is also different. The so-called "the Nirmanakaya is also different," the word "different" not only refers to the Dharmakaya and the Sambhogakaya, but also includes the Nirmanakaya. When the consciousness from eye consciousness to body consciousness is transformed into another state, and death and rebirth are shown in the Tushita heaven, and through showing nirvana and other means, the sentient beings of Jambudvipa are completely matured, this is the Nirmanakaya, this is the meaning. The so-called "distinction of the bodies of the Buddhas," for the Tathagatas, there is not only one body, but if distinguished, there are three forms, this is the meaning. The so-called "is the place of the first two," the first refers to the Dharmakaya, the Dharmakaya is the place and basis of both the Sambhogakaya and the Nirmanakaya, this is the meaning. Therefore, from the samadhi of the Buddha-bhumi, because the habits of hearing all the Dharma are completely matured, therefore, through practicing without reservation, it becomes the abiding samadhi that constantly benefits and brings happiness to all sentient beings, as well as immeasurable dharani gates, and endowed with the accumulation of merit and wisdom, free from all obscurations of knowledge and affliction, is the completely pure Dharmadhatu, which is the suchness of all dharmas. It is the non-inverted nature. All noble dharmas
