The reason for making it manifest is to create. The difference between them is that "that is" refers to the wisdom arising from hearing, thinking, and meditating. O Blessed One, the Bodhisattva practices tranquility and insight, and so on, extensively taught. In the tranquility and insight that focus on mixed dharmas, what is wisdom? "That is knowledge" because it is not of various aspects. In the tranquility and insight that focus on unmixed dharmas, what is wisdom? "That is seeing" because it is of various aspects. O Blessed One, the Bodhisattva practices tranquility and insight, and so on. With what attention, what sign, and how does one eliminate? "The Bodhisattva, with correct knowledge, truly understands the Dharma and meaning, with what attention, what sign, and how does one eliminate?" This shows three aspects. "In suchness" is a synonym for non-dual attention. "Also eliminating the sign of Dharma and the sign of meaning" refers to two signs. Eliminating the sign of Dharma and the sign of meaning, "sign" is a synonym for object of focus. How does one eliminate? "In name, one does not focus on the nature of name," and so on, because the sign of Dharma is the nature of name, sentence, and letter. One does not see Dharma in its place. Just as the place of the Dharma of name, when eliminating the sign of the Dharma of sentence and letter, one does not truly see after. "One should also know that it is the same for all meanings" refers to the ten aspects, five aspects, four aspects, and three aspects that were shown, one does not truly see after. "Between the realms, one does not focus on the nature of the realm" refers to the five realms that were shown, eliminating the nature of those, one does not truly see after. "Also the sign of its place" is the sign of the place of meaning, the place of meaning is Dharma, so that sign

Furthermore, when eliminating, one eliminates by not truly seeing after. Because contemplating suchness is non-duality itself. The characteristics of phenomena, whether they are names, sentences, or letters, and whatever meanings there are, such as grasping, contemplating the suchness of those with a non-dual aspect means that those characteristics are not truly seen after, this is the concluding statement. "Bhagavan, what is it called, etc., the characteristic of individually and correctly knowing the meaning of suchness is called, individually and correctly knowing suchness is omniscience itself, and its object is non-existent. As it is said in the Perfection of Wisdom: "Subhuti, the object of omniscience is non-existent, the aspect is peaceful, the master is mindfulness, and the characteristic is non-existence." Maitreya, by individually and correctly knowing the meaning of suchness, one overcomes all phenomena and the characteristics of phenomena, which means that all the characteristics of phenomena and meaning are unrealistically imputed.

Thus, Bodhisattvas truly understand Dharma and meaning, and dispel characteristics. Many characteristics that enter into suppressing the characteristics of Dharma and meaning are difficult to dispel. When asked, "How can these be dispelled?" he spoke of "ten" and so on. Whatever the various characteristics of words and letters are, which truly understand Dharma and meaning, they are dispelled by the emptiness of all Dharmas, which is called the emptiness of all Dharmas, because there is no other Dharma called the various characteristics of words and letters other than that. Whatever characteristics follow the continuum of birth, destruction, abiding, and change, which truly understand the meaning of the reality of abiding, are dispelled by the emptiness of nature, the emptiness of beginninglessness and endlessness, which is called abiding, which is the nature of birth, abiding, aging, and impermanence of all conditioned phenomena belonging to the three times. Because there is no basis for characteristics, nature is emptiness, and because there is no basis for characteristics, the nature of the basis for characteristics is also emptiness, because the basis for characteristics and nature are free from being one or different. As it is said: If nature is different from the basis for characteristics, then the basis for characteristics becomes without characteristics. If they are one, then both become unreal, as you have truly declared. Like saying that. Beginninglessness and endlessness means without beginning and end, because there is no true abiding in those without beginning and end. Whatever characteristics of the view of the aggregates and the characteristics of conceit truly understand the meaning of grasping, they are dispelled by the emptiness of inner emptiness and the emptiness of unobtainability, which is called grasping, which is the eye and so on, and the mind and mental factors. Whatever characteristics of grasping self and what belongs to self and appearing as contaminated are empty by the emptiness of inner emptiness, and empty by the emptiness of unobtainability, because nature is unobtainable. Whatever characteristics of the view of enjoyment truly understand the meaning of what is grasped, they are dispelled by the emptiness of generality.
