Moreover, one should become familiar with what is called "now," and it should be recognized as the distinction of the perfect fruit. Why? Because it is to describe the excellent qualities of those who do not return and the Arhats, as well as the Pratyekabuddhas and Bodhisattvas, and the Tathagatas. The supreme fruit is the Bodhisattva grounds, which are mentioned here as the cause, because they have become supreme from vehicles other than this. The Bodhisattva grounds are the nature of the paths of seeing and meditation, and although they are already the initial fruit and the fruit to be familiarized with, in relation to the vehicles of the Hearers and Pratyekabuddhas, because they are non-conceptual, are the lineage of the Buddha, and are the fruit of great Bodhi, Bodhisattvas should be recognized as the supreme fruit. The unsurpassed fruit is the Buddha ground, which, although it is already the perfect fruit, is called the unsurpassed fruit because it has abandoned all afflictions with their imprints and near afflictions, and has abandoned non-afflictive ignorance, because there is nothing higher than that. These other fruits are briefly stated; if they were to be elaborated, they would be immeasurable. If they were to be elaborated, the fruits of the Hearers, Pratyekabuddhas, Bodhisattvas, and Perfectly Awakened Buddhas would become immeasurable if they were distinguished and explained. The practice to be purified from the summary of the meaning of the antidote practice is the practice of mindfulness, in order to purify the Four Noble Truths. The practice of thinning is the practice of right exertion, in order to thin out unwholesome dharmas. The practice to be completely purified is the practice of the feet of miraculous power, because in order to completely purify the samadhi therein, it is necessary to rely on the eight aspects of activity that abandon the five faults. The practice of correctly initiating the higher is the practice of faculties, in order to generate the roots of virtue that are in accordance with the aspects of liberation. The practice of mixing is the practice of powers, which is mixed with the path of seeing.

It is also like that. Entering meditation is the meditation on the limbs of Bodhi, because there one enters into that very meditation, or enters into the transcendental Dharma, or enters into the path of the noble ones. The supreme meditation is the path meditation, because the path of meditation becomes supreme through the path of the seer. The initial meditation is the state of ordinary beings, which is in accordance with perversion. The intermediate meditation is the state of learning, without perversion but connected with perversion. The final meditation is the state of non-learning, without perversion and without connection with perversion. Meditation with a lama is that of the Shravakas and so on. The unsurpassed meditation is that of the Bodhisattvas, where the object, attention, and attainment are particularly excellent, as taught. The meaning of the states is summarized as follows: the state of having fortune is the state of cause. The state of effort is the application together with the generation of Bodhicitta. The impure and pure states are two states, namely the state of fruit and the state together with action. The extremely pure state is the state without action. The state with adornment is the special state. The state to be made special is the state of the lama, because the ten Bhumis of the Bodhisattva pervade, so it is called the state to be pervaded. The unsurpassed state is that of the Buddhas, the Bhagavad, because there is no other state above that. That is also the state of reaching, the state of benefit, and the state of accomplishing actions, as previously mentioned. The meaning of the fruits is summarized as follows: summarization and its distinctions, as well as what has been previously practiced, and what is accomplished from higher to higher, and what is taught and explained, these are said to be explanations made by the explainer himself. Among them, summarization is the later fruit of Vipaka, which is the generation of Bodhicitta from lineage, the generation of application from Bodhicitta, and so on, as it is said to be transmitted from one state to another, it should be understood as such. The initial fruit is the initial attainment of transcendental Dharma, which is called seeing.
