Holding the places of abode, prophecy, speaking, and empowerment, in these places, regarding the realm of Dharma, due to the abandonment and non-abandonment of afflictions, they are called impure and pure. The completely pure places are the non-learners, called the places of no action, special, supreme, reached, benefit, and accomplishment of activities, called completely pure places, the non-learners are because all afflictions are abandoned. These places are distinctly established for ordinary beings, learners, and non-learners. How then should one recognize their various distinct establishments? Therefore, it is said, "From this, how appropriately, one wishes to distinctly establish the individual." "From this" means from the distinction of places. "How appropriately" means how it corresponds, this is abiding in the lineage, this is entering, and so on. By mentioning "and so on," this is application, stream-enterer, once-returner, non-returner, Arhat, possessing ornaments, Bodhisattva, Thus Gone One, faith-follower, practicing in pure superior intention, definite emergence, prophecy, speaking the Dharma, empowerment, obtaining enlightenment, enjoying, accomplishing the benefit of others, and so on. The explanation of places is finished. Since the place precedes the result, the result is explained after the place, so what result is obtained? After asking, therefore, it is extensively said, "The ripening that has become a vessel." Here, in brief, there are five types of results: becoming a vessel, power, desire, increase, and complete purity. Among them, becoming a vessel means whatever ripening is in accordance with virtue, that is, the six sense bases that have abandoned the eight unfavorable conditions, which are special, the ripening of the Dharma of the aspects of enlightenment with outflows, because it is the basis for the arising of all virtuous Dharmas, it is called a vessel. Power means that by virtue of becoming a vessel, the probability of afflictions arising from the body becomes smaller.

Therefore. The increase of virtue is called the word of growth. This is called strength. Desire is the desire for virtue because of previous familiarity, because of familiarity with virtuous dharmas in past lives. The mind in this life, what is virtue, is called desire. Increase is the birth of special virtuous dharmas that have never existed before because of familiarity with virtuous dharmas that have arisen now, which means to focus on the growth of virtuous roots. The difference between strength and increase is that strength does not change from the root even in the maturation of small virtues. Increase is the transformation of all virtues from top to top into special ones. Others say that the growth of virtuous roots means that the habits of special virtuous dharmas are called growth here, so they think. Purity is the abandonment of all obstacles, which means that the Hearers and Solitary Buddhas are purified by abandoning the obstacles of affliction. The purity of the Bodhisattva family is the abandonment of the obstacles of affliction and knowledge. These are the five kinds of fruits and the order, which means that the fruit of maturation is what matures in accordance with virtuous dharmas. The Adhipati-phala is the increase of virtue due to competence. The Nisyananda-phala is the desire for virtue because of previous familiarity. The Purusakara-phala is the growth of virtuous roots because of familiarity with virtuous dharmas when they arise now. The Viprayoga-phala is the abandonment of all obstacles. The latter is the first, as it is said extensively, is a brief explanation of the five fruits, which is a brief indication of their various differences. The fruit of the latter is the generation of bodhicitta from lineage, and the generation of application from bodhicitta, and so on. As it is said, it should be understood that it is transferred from one place to another. The first fruit is the first attainment of transcendental dharma, which is the attainment of the path of seeing. The fruit to be practiced is the position of the learner beyond that, which is well distinguished by the five kinds of individuals after the path of seeing, which is the answer.

The fruit of once-return and the fruit of non-return, because it is the nature of the path of meditation following the union, it is the fruit of habituation. The complete fruit is the non-learning dharmas, etc., which are right view and discrimination, speech and the end of action, livelihood and diligence, mindfulness and samadhi, liberation and the wisdom of liberation, etc. Because it abides at the edge of all fruits, it is called the complete fruit. The conforming fruit is said to be that the cause and effect are recognized as the fruit later and later. Among them, the generation of bodhicitta is the fruit because it conforms to the lineage. In the conforming fruit of later and later fruits, etc., the word "etc." is mentioned separately, which should be understood as indicating and explaining in order. The fruit of the non-conforming side is the path of abandonment, which is the initial fruit. Because the non-conforming side itself is the fruit, it is the fruit of the non-conforming side, that is, it is separated from the afflictions by the path of abandonment. The initial fruit is what was said above, that is, the initial attainment of the transcendental dharma, etc. The word "non-conforming side" is because it is an obstacle to the antidote. Although it has been applied to obscuration, it is desired to apply the question to the antidote of the non-conforming side. Because it is the side that destroys obscuration, it is applied as the antidote. The fruit of separation is the fruit of habituation and the fruit of completion. Separation from afflictions is learning and non-learning, in order, etc. Among them, the fruit of separation made by habituation is the five learnings such as entering the fruit of once-return, etc., because they have the remainder of afflictions. The complete fruit is the non-learners of the nature of complete decay, etc. These six are also because they have completely abandoned the afflictions of the three realms. The above is explained separately, here it is not separated, this is the difference. The fruit of difference is the excellence of the qualities such as clairvoyance, etc.
