Some say, 'This cannot be used.' Others say, 'What cannot be used is not what is and is not.' Why? Because what cannot be used is with outflows, and if it must be admitted that what is with outflows arises from the cause of seeds, then although there are no seeds in the continuum of an Arhat, sometimes it arises from the intensity of food and dwelling, etc. Because that is without outflows, it cannot be called what is and is not.' Therefore, the seed of the Dharma with outflows dwelling in the Alaya-consciousness is considered here as what is and is not. The body that is together with pleasure, suffering, and neither suffering nor pleasure is its fruit. Therefore, it clearly shows that the state of the body that arises moment by moment together with states such as pleasure is the meaning of the word 'to know.' For example, like the seed that has entered the hail of the battlefield being manifested by the sprout. Therefore, by fully examining the body, one enters the truth of suffering. Here, the cause is mentioned, its characteristic is that it is a conditioned phenomenon with what is and is not, meaning that it is the nature of a conditioned phenomenon with seeds. The suffering of conditioning itself is change, and the suffering of suffering itself follows both speech and what is and is not, and because it is its cause, it is said to be the suffering of conditioning. Therefore, by the suffering of conditioning itself, all things with outflows are seen as suffering by the noble ones. Thus, by abiding in mindfulness of the body, one enters the truth of suffering. 'The cause of craving is feeling,' which means that it must arise from the contact that arises from the accumulation of ignorance, because what is without outflows is not its cause. Among them, the feeling of pleasure is the cause of craving to be in accordance with it and not to be separated from it. Suffering is the cause of craving not to meet with it and to be separated from it. Neither suffering nor pleasure is the cause of craving to be very happy with its state for some meditative stabilizations, and the cause of craving to meet with it and not to be separated from it. That suffering.
