The ground is that which, when one has faith in what kind of wisdom of meaning, in that way, because it is also one, in order for all those to be tamed to understand the meaning, it satisfies all the senses. Or, it satisfies the meaning of the senses such as faith. Not being blamed is because it is as promised, meaning that just as it is promised, it is accomplished by many, therefore it is called not being blamed. Unchanging means in order to fully combine at the right time, meaning that whenever one turns to the side of virtue, at that time, one attains liberation by generating roots of virtue and so on. As it is said: Some do not speak even when asked, but speak only intentionally. It is like this. Say. Establish. Well establish. Distinguish. Explain. Clarify. Show. Truly and well show. These words of the sutra, the scholar said: Words and speech are extremely reasonable, teaching and distinguishing, cutting off doubts. It should be known that this is quoted from the explanation of this verse. Establishing means with extremely reasonable words, meaning with words that explain the meaning of reason. In terms of being pure with the three wheels, the word wheel should be regarded as expressing purity. What does it show with? Pure speech and pure words, meaning that pure speech and pure words are one wheel of purity. How does it show? It shows in teaching and distinguishing, cutting off doubts, and answering many times. Pure teaching, pure distinguishing, pure cutting off doubts, pure answering many times, four purities combined into one purity. In this way, it shows in these four ways, therefore this is pure showing, that is the second wheel of purity. When mentioning the beginning and elaborating in detail, showing the meaning to the listeners is the third wheel of purity, understanding only by mentioning it, that is understanding by mentioning the beginning. The Dharma of the Buddha Bhagavan, good in the beginning, good in the middle, good in the end, good in meaning, good in words, unmixed, completely perfect.
