No. Just as there is no being free from epidemics, there is also no being free from fever and cataracts. Because it exists in the nature of peace, it is also not non-existent, which is called the pacification of fever. When iron becomes cold, the iron does not cease to perform the function of iron. When cataracts in the eyes subside, the eyes do not cease to perform the function of seeing. If it were merely non-existence, then because there is no form, the iron would not perform the function of iron, and the eyes would not perform the function of the eyes. Just as the subsidence of an epidemic is not merely non-existence, but when an epidemic subsides, another healing of the body occurs, so it is that the pacification of afflictions such as suffering and cataracts, like attachment and ignorance, in the minds and wisdom of the Buddhas, the Bhagavad-arhats, is not said to be existent. The liberation of mind and wisdom is because it is completely separated by it. This is called the absence of attachment, the absence of ignorance, cessation, pacification, and disappearance are not existent. Nor is it non-existent, because the nature of liberation exists in that way. The nature of liberation is that for one who is liberated, the arising of the wisdom of "I am liberated," individually realized by oneself, this is what it means. Just as when an epidemic disappears and subsides, one personally experiences the healing of the epidemic, so when the epidemic of attachment and the cataracts of ignorance disappear and subside, one personally experiences the healing of the disease of the nature of liberation. The previous verses are the nature of becoming the place of suchness. This verse is the nature of becoming the basis of the path of bad destinies, like the pacification of suffering and cataracts. Just as the sky is without a body, so it is not many either, which is called not being able to say that there are different bases because there is no self-grasping. If there is self-grasping, it will be like, "This is me, Devadatta is another," but without self-grasping it will not be like that. Therefore, because there is no self-grasping, the Buddhas, the Bhagavad-arhats, the Dharma

Those who abide in the Dharmakaya cannot be distinguished like the sky. Those who abide in the conduct of Bodhisattvas, who have not fully perfected the Dharmakaya, are not indistinguishable. Because it makes wisdom appear, it is likened to the great sun. As it is said, the great sun is to be fully examined. If there were such a great sun that illuminates the world of the great three thousand worlds. It is said that the act of merging into the activities of manifestation and so on shows the oneness of the act. By saying "and so on," it should be understood that it includes the act of blessing and so on. Because the actions of the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, are mixed, the manifestation of one Buddha and so on, whatever the action of the Buddha is, others also do it. It is said that the wisdom of all Buddhas enters at the same time, because the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, are always in Samadhi, and the wisdom of all Buddhas enters at the same time in the spontaneous accomplishment, because the actions are the same. The empty rays of the sun appear without discrimination. It is not that some rays appear first and others appear later, but that they all appear at the same time. Similarly, the actions of the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, which are not different, also arise at the same time for all Buddhas, because they are free from attachment and ego-grasping, and when the wisdom of one arises, at that time, all Buddhas arise. As it is said: "Like the sun's rays, There is no ownership in entering." As it is said, it is because there is no discrimination. The sun has no ownership of the entry of the rays, because it enters spontaneously. The sun does not think, "I am engaged in the work of burning and drying, and I should burn," but it emits rays without grasping, as if without discrimination. Similarly, the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, abiding in the Dharmakaya, having abandoned the defilements and the obscurations of knowledge, together with their habitual tendencies, having abandoned ego-grasping and pride, their wisdom is like a mirror.
