Due to the habit of the karma of change entering the order that is difficult to change, the difference of complete transformation can be integrated. The arising of brightness and non-brightness can also be accomplished in an instant in the same way. For the time being, the bright place abides in this way, relying on the mind, so it is impossible to integrate. If the non-bright place does not perish from the beginning, it is impossible to transform in the end. Arising in other places is because there is no movement. For conditioned phenomena, the so-called movement refers to the nature of transferring to other places, which is impossible. Is it by the born or unborn that the conditioned phenomena are moved to other places? If it is said by the born, then at the time of movement, it has not gone anywhere, it is only abiding, so movement is unreasonable. If it is said by the unborn, then without movement, it cannot be said to have gone. That action, if it is performed on the conditioned phenomena that abide in that place, it is unreasonable, because abiding has not gone to other places. If it is performed on the conditioned phenomena that abide in other places, it is also unreasonable, because without action, it has not gone to other places. Because action cannot be found outside of the conditioned phenomena that abide in that place or in other places. Therefore, there is no other movement for conditioned phenomena other than the continuous arising in other places. Because there is no other movement, it can be established in an instant. The nature of movement that arises without interruption in other places needs to be understood through various causes. Due to the power of the mind, there are also states such as attachment. Due to the pulling of previous karma, there are also intermediate states, such as the bardo state. Due to the power of projection, there is also the example of shooting an arrow. Due to the power of connection, there are also examples of riding and wading. Due to the power of driving, there are also examples of the pulse energy driving. Due to the power of nature, there are also examples such as wind moving directly, fire burning upwards, and water flowing downwards. Due to power, there are also examples such as some relying on the power of mantras and medicine, such as iron.

Like the power of a magnet, those with magical abilities move by the power of magic. For arising with the nature of seeds and without seeds, dwelling is not permissible, because the ultimate is impossible. It should be recognized as momentary, because arising with the nature of seeds and without seeds, dwelling is not permissible, therefore it is momentary. Because each moment does not have the nature of a cause, similarly, dwelling is not possible from another time with the nature of a seed, or becoming without a seed in the last moment. Previously it was the nature of having seeds, but in the last moment it cannot be admitted to be without seeds, because without it, the ultimate is impossible. If so, then the ultimate is also impossible. For arising in an image, because it follows the mind, it should be recognized as momentary, because each moment arises in that way by the power of the mind. Thus, for the time being, it can be determined that all internal formations are momentary. I establish the momentariness of the external with three verses: The elements and the six objects, are said to be momentary, because of their drying and increasing, and the movement of nature, because of increase and decrease. Because it is related to that element, and because of the four complete changes. Color, smell, taste, and touch, are similar, so that is similar to that. Because it depends on firewood to burn, because it is observed to gradually increase. Because it follows the mind to inquire, therefore the external is also momentary. What are those external ones? Namely, the four great elements, and the six objects, namely the form of the birthplaces of color, smell, taste, touch, sound, and dharma. Therefore, the elements and the six objects are said to be momentary. How is it known? For the time being, water dries up and increases, in springs, lakes, and ponds, etc., water is gradually observed to increase and dry up. For both of these, each moment will not be without complete change, because there is no special cause afterwards. Wind moves by its nature, and because of increase and decrease. Dwelling will not become movement,
