As for the act of doing, it indicates having and showing many times in order to generate the power of certainty in the explanation. Showing refers to those who understand what is mentioned at the beginning. Thoroughly and completely showing refers to those who understand when elaborately explained. This showing of the Buddhas is pure with the three wheels, and it should be known that this is the nature of being free from the eight faults. What is called pure with the three wheels refers to whose showing, namely, pure speech and words, and how to show, namely, the aspects of teaching, etc., and to whom to show, namely, those who understand what is mentioned at the beginning and elaborately explained. Moreover, this very showing should be known to be free from the eight faults in sequence, namely, laziness and not starting, not distinguishing the occasion and uncertainty, doubt not being cut off, and not making it stable when separated from it. Those eight faults are also laziness, not starting, not distinguishing opportunities, not being the nature of meaning being uncertain, the nature of doubt not being cut off, and not making it stable when separated from it, which is a synonym for certainty. Weariness and stinginess, these are considered faults of speech. Because those are absent, the Buddha's explanation becomes unsurpassed. Weariness refers to not showing again and again for anything. Stinginess refers to not completely and thoroughly showing to the end. Two verses with complete meaning are: Because of the cause of faith and joy and wisdom, this Dharma is virtuous. Possessing two meanings, easy to understand, and possessing four qualities, it shows the Brahmacarya. Possessing what is not common with others, and completely abandoning the afflictions of the three realms, being the perfect accomplisher, and being pure in nature, being stainless, it is considered to be the Brahmacarya possessing four qualities. The Dharma of Brahmacarya possessing four qualities, which is thoroughly and completely shown, is virtuous in the beginning, middle, and end because it is the cause of faith and joy and wisdom through hearing, thinking, and meditating, etc., in sequence. Among them, faith is love and trust. Joy is rejoicing greatly after recognizing that one is able to obtain the very nature through the gateway of definite examination by reason. Wisdom is knowing as it is, the sameness of mind. Because it possesses two meanings, therefore

Therefore, the meaning is good, because it possesses the truth of conventional and ultimate reality. Because it is easy to understand, the words are good, because the words and letters are clear. The undefiled pure conduct with four qualities is unique from others. Perfection is because the abandonment of the three realms' afflictions is complete. Purity is because it is without outflows in terms of its intrinsically pure nature. Complete purification is because the streams of those who have exhausted the outflows are completely purified in terms of the purification of defilements. There are two verses that distinguish the hidden meanings: the hidden meaning of introduction, and the hidden meaning of characteristics. The hidden meaning of antidote, and the hidden meaning of transformation. Hearers and self-nature, likewise, subduing faults and profound speech, have four kinds of hidden meanings. It should be understood that the Buddha's teachings have four kinds of hidden meanings: the hidden meaning of introduction, the hidden meaning of characteristics, the hidden meaning of antidote, and the hidden meaning of transformation. Among them, the hidden meaning of introduction should be observed in relation to the Hearers, in order to enter the teachings without fear, because it shows that forms and so on exist. The hidden meaning of characteristics should be observed in relation to the three natures, such as the imputed, because it shows that all phenomena are without self-nature and unborn, and so on. The hidden meaning of antidote should be observed in relation to subduing faults, as it is said in the scriptures: As an antidote to the eight obscurations, the excellent vehicle with benefits is taught, and in addition, two verses will be explained. The hidden meaning of transformation should be observed in relation to profound speech, as it is said in the scriptures: Knowing what is without essence as having essence, dwelling well in what is inverted, being intensely afflicted by afflictions, one will attain supreme enlightenment. The intention here is: Knowing what is without essence as having essence, refers to those who do not have mental distraction and consider...
