应当了知的所依是痛苦。应当遍知的意义即是,无常、痛苦、空和无我。应当遍知的是道。应当遍知的果是解脱。对此完全通达是见解脱之智慧。进入禅修之相,是修习四相和修习三十七相。其中修习四相是,修习补特伽罗无我之相,修习法无我之相,修习见之相,修习知之相。其中修习三十七相是,修习不净之相,修习痛苦之相,修习无常之相,修习无我之相,这是在修习四念住之时。修习获得之相,修习所依之相,修习断除之相,修习对治之相,这是在修习四正断之时。修习知足之对治作意,是在生起欲乐之时。修习散乱和怀疑之对治作意,是在努力和精进之时,这是按照顺序。修习掉举之对治禅定之相,是在心专注之时。修习昏沉之对治禅定之相,是在如实安住之时,这和按照顺序的四神足,应当知晓是在这些时候。修习心安住于出世间圆满之信解之相,以及如何信解之相,同样地修习努力之相,修习不忘失法之相,修习心安住之相,修习善加辨别之相,这是在修习五根之时。这五个作意舍弃不相顺之品,是在修习五力之时。修习圆满菩提现前显现之相,以及对此进行辨别,欢喜,轻安,堪能,心住

The basis to be known is suffering. The meaning to be fully known is impermanence, suffering, emptiness, and selflessness. What is to be fully known is the path. The fruit of what is to be fully known is liberation. Fully understanding this is seeing the wisdom of liberation. Entering the aspect of meditation is meditating on the four aspects and meditating on the thirty-seven aspects. Among them, meditating on the four aspects is meditating on the aspect of the selflessness of the person, meditating on the aspect of the selflessness of phenomena, meditating on the aspect of seeing, and meditating on the aspect of knowing. Among them, meditating on the thirty-seven aspects is meditating on the aspect of impurity, meditating on the aspect of suffering, meditating on the aspect of impermanence, and meditating on the aspect of selflessness, which is at the time of practicing the four mindfulnesses. Meditating on the aspect of attainment, meditating on the aspect of reliance, meditating on the aspect of abandonment, and meditating on the aspect of antidote, which is at the time of practicing the four right abandonments. Meditating on the antidote of contentment, which is when desire arises. Meditating on the antidote of distraction and doubt, which is when effort is made and diligence is exerted, this is in order. Meditating on the aspect of the antidote of excitement, which is the aspect of concentration, is when the mind is focused. Meditating on the aspect of the antidote of dullness, which is the aspect of concentration, is when one abides correctly, and this and the four legs of miraculous power in order should be known at these times. Meditating on the aspect of faith in the perfection of the mind abiding beyond the world, and how to have faith, similarly meditating on the aspect of effort, meditating on the aspect of not forgetting the Dharma, meditating on the aspect of the mind abiding, and meditating on the aspect of thoroughly discriminating, which is at the time of practicing the five faculties. These five mental activities abandoning the unfavorable side is at the time of practicing the five powers. Meditating on the aspect of the perfect enlightenment appearing clearly, and discriminating it, joy, ease, fitness, and mind abiding.
