Turning back from all defilements is therefore turning back. Because it is permanent, it is universally entering, which is universally entering. To show complete perfect enlightenment and complete nirvana, it is entering into two. Because it does not abide in samsara and nirvana, therefore it does not enter into the two of conditioned and unconditioned itself, which is entering into non-duality. The Hearers and Solitary Buddhas and so on are the same as liberation, therefore it is entering equally. Because it is unequal with the powers and fearlessness and so on, the qualities of the Buddha, therefore it is entering as particularly surpassing. In order to show all vehicles and go, therefore it is entering of universally going. Just as the sky is always universally gone, similarly, it is also always universally gone. Just as the sky pervades all forms, similarly, it also pervades all sentient beings. This fourth verse, with the teachings and explanations, half is the former and half is the latter, with its own nature, the Buddha's all-pervading existence is shown to be in harmony with the sky. The Buddha's pervading sentient beings is to be understood from the complete accomplishment of promising all sentient beings as one's own nature. Just as when a water vessel is broken, the reflection of the moon does not appear, similarly, for evil sentient beings, the Buddha's form does not appear either. This fifth verse, although it is universally present, it proves by example that the Buddha's form does not appear to sentient beings who have not become vessels. Just as fire burns elsewhere and subsides elsewhere, similarly, one should also know the appearance and non-appearance for the Buddhas. This sixth verse, if there are those to be tamed by the Buddha, then the Buddha appears and appears, and after taming, completely enters nirvana, then it does not appear, and it is established in harmony with the burning and extinguishing of fire. The Buddha's deeds are naturally accomplished and continuous, there are four verses: Just as the drum is not beaten, the sound also arises universally, similarly, the Victorious One is without effort, and the teachings also arise universally. Just as the jewel does not require effort, it naturally shows its own light, similarly, the Buddhas are also without effort, and similarly, they certainly show their deeds. These two verses explain the drum

The sound of striking, in accordance with the light of jewels and the Dharma, accomplishes the deeds of the Buddha. Just as in the sky, worldly affairs appear continuously. Similarly, in the realm of the uncontaminated, the deeds of the Victorious Ones are also continuous. Just as in the sky, constantly, things decay and arise. Similarly, in the realm of the uncontaminated, the activities of the Buddhas increase and decrease. These two show that the deeds of the Buddha are continuous, because the deeds of the Buddha are continuous, so it is like the sky without interruption, and worldly affairs constantly arise and perish. In the profound realm of the uncontaminated, there are sixteen verses. Although there is no difference between before and after, there is no stain of all obscurations. Suchness is what the Buddhas desire. It is neither pure nor impure. Because there is no difference between before and after, it is not pure, and later, because there is no stain of all obscurations, it is also not impure, because it is free from stains. Emptiness is completely pure, because one has obtained the supreme self of selflessness. Because the Buddhas have obtained the pure self, they have become the self of the great self. In that realm of the uncontaminated, it shows the supreme self-nature of the Buddhas. Why? Because selflessness is the supreme self-nature. Supreme selflessness is suchness, completely pure. That is also the self of the Buddhas in the sense of self-nature. When that is completely pure, the Buddhas obtain the purity of the supreme self of selflessness. Therefore, because the Buddhas have obtained the pure self, they have become the self of the great self, this intention is to separately establish the supreme self of the Buddhas in the realm of the uncontaminated. Therefore, the Buddha is neither existent nor is it said to be non-existent. Therefore, asking the Buddha in this way is considered an unspeakable state. Because of that reason, the Buddha is also not said to exist, because suchness is the nature of the absence of persons and dharmas. The Buddha himself is its self-nature, so it is also not said to be non-existent. Because it exists in the nature of suchness. Therefore, for the Buddha, the Tathagata...
