is compassionate. Desires the characteristic of complete maturation. The three, such as the excellent friend, are relying on a noble person, listening to the noble Dharma, and properly applying the mind. The best of diligence is to initiate great diligence. The ultimate excellence is to have no doubt in all inconceivable places. Accumulating the best of Dharma is protecting the Dharma of the Great Vehicle, in order to protect those who have entered it from harm. That is, in terms of completely upholding the Dharma of the Great Vehicle of the Bodhisattva, it should be understood as the characteristic of complete maturation of joy. By what cause does it become completely mature? By the three, such as the excellent friend. What is its complete maturation? It is endowed with the best of diligence and the ultimate excellence. What is the action? It is accumulating the best of Dharma, which completely reveals those. A verse composed starting from the complete maturation of faith: Knowing the qualities and the mind also do not waver, Quickly attain samadhi and experience the fruit, In order to make the teacher believed, the holy one, Desires the characteristic of true and complete maturation. That complete maturation is also shown by cause, nature, and action. Knowing the qualities is like the extensive explanation such as "Thus the Bhagavan is the Tathagata," which is the cause. Because of gaining faith after knowing, the mind not wavering is the nature. Quickly attaining samadhi and experiencing its fruit, such as direct knowledge, is the action. A verse composed starting from the complete maturation of perfect peace: Extremely subdue and abandon afflictive thoughts, Without obstacles and with great joy in virtue, In order for the holy one to eliminate afflictions, Desires the characteristic of true and complete maturation. Eliminating afflictions is the perfect peace of the Bodhisattva, and that complete maturation is also shown by cause, nature, and action. Subduing the senses with mindfulness and awareness is the cause. Abandoning afflictive thoughts is the nature. Having no obstacles in cultivating antidotes and having great joy in virtue is the action. The characteristic of the complete maturation of loving-kindness
