无作行。这五个在一切地中,知是菩萨。其中于相而行者,是从二地乃至六地之间。于无相而行者,是在七地。于无功用而行者,是在其以上。其余的只是理解其义而已。 不著欲,三业清净。降伏嗔恚,盛取殊胜功德。不顾世事,即是甚深难见。菩提喜悦,是菩萨。此乃修行六度,并发愿大菩提,从而圆满显示菩萨的特征。 欲饶益,无损恼之见。忍受他人的损害。坚定,谨慎,多闻。勤于利他,是菩萨。其中坚定,是因为发起精进,不为痛苦所动摇。谨慎,是因为不执著于禅定的快乐。其余的只是理解其义而已。 知自己所守护之所缘。不著于受用,心中唯不执取。善于瑜伽之因,无有见与语。安住于自性中,是菩萨。其中不著于受用,是指舍弃受用而出家者。善于因者,是因为善于止观等三种因。安住于内者,是因为不退转于大乘,大乘是菩萨们的内在。其余的只是理解其义而已。 具足慈悲,安住于惭愧功德。接受痛苦,不著于自身之乐。忆念为主,极善等持之主。不乱于乘,是菩萨。其中忆念为主,是指具足禅定,以忆念之力令心平等。极善等持之自性,是无分别智。其余的只是理解其义而已。 消除痛苦,自身不造痛苦。忍受痛苦,不畏惧痛苦。从痛苦中解脱,不思虑痛苦。接受痛苦,是菩萨。其中从痛苦中解脱,是禅定和。

Acting without effort. These five in all lands, know them to be Bodhisattvas. Among them, acting with signs is from the second to the sixth bhumi. Acting without signs is in the seventh bhumi. Acting without conscious effort is beyond that. The rest is just understanding the meaning. Not attached to desire, the three karmas are pure. Subduing anger, fully embracing supreme virtues. Not caring for worldly affairs, this is the profound and unseen. Bodhi joy, is a Bodhisattva. This is practicing the six perfections, and aspiring to great Bodhi, thereby fully revealing the characteristics of a Bodhisattva. Desiring to benefit, with a view of no harm. Accepting the harm of others. Steadfast, cautious, learned. Diligent in benefiting others, is a Bodhisattva. Among them, steadfastness is because of initiating diligence, not being shaken by suffering. Cautious, because of not being attached to the pleasure of meditation. The rest is just understanding the meaning. Knowing the object of focus that one guards. Not attached to enjoyment, in the heart only not grasping. Skilled in the cause of yoga, without view or speech. Abiding in inherent nature, is a Bodhisattva. Among them, not attached to enjoyment, refers to those who have renounced enjoyment and gone forth. Skilled in the cause, because of being skilled in the three causes such as shamatha and vipassana. Abiding within, because of not turning away from the Mahayana, the Mahayana is the inner nature of Bodhisattvas. The rest is just understanding the meaning. Possessing compassion, abiding in shame and virtue. Accepting suffering, not attached to one's own happiness. Mindfulness as the chief, the master of perfect equanimity. Not confused about the vehicle, is a Bodhisattva. Among them, mindfulness as the chief, refers to possessing meditation, with the power of mindfulness making the mind equal. The nature of perfect equanimity, is non-conceptual wisdom. The rest is just understanding the meaning. Eliminating suffering, not creating suffering oneself. Enduring suffering, not fearing suffering. Liberated from suffering, not contemplating suffering. Accepting suffering, is a Bodhisattva. Among them, liberation from suffering, is meditation and.

Because one is free from desire from the desire realm that possesses desire, therefore one is liberated from suffering itself. Acknowledging suffering is acknowledging samsara. The rest is just understanding the meaning. Disliking the Dharma, naturally liking the Dharma. Slandering the Dharma and manifestly striving in the Dharma. Having mastery over the Dharma, having no darkness towards the Dharma. Making the Dharma the priority is a Bodhisattva. Among them, slandering the Dharma is because of slandering intolerance. Having mastery over the Dharma refers to being in equanimity. Making the Dharma the priority refers to being devoted to great Bodhi. In the combination of words, because of ease, this Dharma nature is spoken of as Dharma. The rest is just understanding the meaning. Enjoying with caution, taking turns with caution, guarding with caution, virtue with caution, happiness with caution, Dharma with caution, vehicle with caution, is a Bodhisattva. Among them, guarding with verbal caution is because of having patience, guarding one's own and others' minds. Being cautious towards the Dharma is because of thoroughly knowing as it is. The rest is just understanding the meaning. Disrespectful shame, intolerable shame, completely lost shame, scattered shame, small shame, Mahayana shame, is a Bodhisattva. Among them, feeling ashamed of disrespect is because of despising anyone who begs. Feeling ashamed of small faults is because of seeing even small sins as fearful. Feeling ashamed of small views is because of not realizing the selflessness of the Dharma. The rest is just understanding the meaning. All these verses are to accomplish the six perfections through other means, and to recognize the characteristics of a Bodhisattva through aspiring to great Bodhi. With this and playfulness and equanimity, and possessing fabrication and obtaining freedom, obtaining freedom, showing equality and great fruit, the Bodhisattva engages in benefiting others. Giving is just to benefit sentient beings. Morality is to be liberated from a superior rebirth to another place. Having fabrication means having diligence. With great fruit means the Buddha himself.
