Without attachment to the immaculate space, it is pure because it is unobstructed. Thus, the aspect of reality as it is and the reality of all that exists, that which realizes the path beyond the world, is the uncommon wisdom vision of the noble ones, each individually desiring to transcend the world. In short, it is said to be extremely pure compared to the vision of the wisdom of the Hearers and Solitary Realizers, due to two reasons. What are the two? Because of the absence of attachment and because of the absence of obstruction. Among them, because of the truthful declaration, the realm of sentient beings is naturally pure, hence there is no attachment. Because of the nature of all that exists, the objects of knowledge are infinite, hence there is no obstruction. Because the wisdom vision is pure, because the Buddha's wisdom is supreme, the noble non-returner is the protector of all beings. Thus, the wisdom vision of the Bodhisattvas who abide on the non-returning ground is close to the pure wisdom vision of the unsurpassed Tathagata, or because the Bodhisattva who possesses it becomes the protector of all sentient beings. It should be known that it is unsurpassed among the qualities of the Bodhisattva, such as morality and others. After the Bodhisattva Sangha, the Hearer Sangha, the Three Jewels, are not mentioned, because they are not worthy of offering. The wise one who knows the difference between the qualities of the Bodhisattva and the Hearer always perfects the vast accumulation of merit and wisdom of the great Bodhi, possesses the mandala of wisdom and compassion, the immeasurable realm of sentient beings appears and abides closely, attains the unsurpassed full moon of the Tathagata, and enters the path that follows it. The Bodhisattva, like a new moon, abandons the Hearer, who is like the form of a star, and his own continuum appears and abides closely, and never pays homage to the Hearer, with the intention of benefiting others.

Because the original text is incorrect. Due to the merit of relying on correctness, even a Bodhisattva who has initially generated the mind of enlightenment can overcome those noble Shravakas who lack compassion and do not possess the ability to increase the merits of others, as well as those who have perfected the pure, undefiled discipline of the unconditioned. What need is there to mention other merits, such as the ten powers? For what reason? Whoever cultivates self-interest through discipline and grows, is without compassion for beings who break their vows, and is utterly pure through the wealth of self-enhancing discipline, that noble one cannot be said to have pure discipline. Whoever generates supreme compassion for others, having properly taken vows, and like fire, wind, water, and earth, sustains others, that one is the holder of vows, and others are merely reflections of that one. Thus it is said. So, by what meaning did the Bhagavan establish the Three Refuges? By the meaning of the teacher, the teaching, and the object of learning, according to the inclinations of those who have faith in the three vehicles and the three actions, the Three Refuges are established. To explain the qualities of the teacher, for the sake of the teaching, the individuals of the Bodhisattva vehicle who have entered into seeking the very nature of the Buddha, following the inclinations of those who have faith in making the Buddha the supreme object, it is taught and established that the Buddha is the refuge, because he is the best of the two-legged. To explain the qualities of the teacher, for the sake of the teaching, the individuals of the Pratyekabuddha vehicle who have entered in order to realize the profound Dharma of dependent origination themselves, following the inclinations of those who have faith in making the Dharma the supreme object, it is taught and established that the Dharma is the refuge, because it is the best of those free from desire. To explain the qualities of the disciples who have well entered the teacher's teaching, for the sake of the teaching, the individuals of the Shravaka vehicle who have entered in order to realize the sound heard from others, following the inclinations of those who have faith in making the Sangha the supreme object, it is taught and established that the Sangha is the refuge, because it is the best of assemblies. Thus, in short, this is with three meanings.
