Because permanence is generally refuted by the logic of. The detailed explanation of this should be understood from the treatises on reasoning. Furthermore, some of the proponents of our own school, the Mind-Only school, say that external objects do not exist even conventionally. Therefore, the three realms depend on the nature of momentary consciousness, the former moments depending on the latter moments arising, and being devoid of considering that (consciousness) as the nature of grasper and grasped, etc., that is the perfectly established nature, which is considered to be the ultimately real entity. If that is the case, then wouldn't it contradict what the Bhagavan said in the Prajnaparamita Sutra and others, such as, "All dharmas are without self-nature, unborn, unceasing, peaceful from the beginning, and naturally in nirvana"? There is no fault, because that is intentional, as stated in the Sutra Unraveling the Intent. The meaning of the intention is that it refers to the absence of self-nature in the completely imputed characteristics, the absence of self-nature in dependent arising, and the absence of self-nature in the perfectly established ultimate reality. As it is said: "O noble one, what is the characteristic of dharmas that is without self-nature in ultimate reality? It is the characteristic of complete imputation, which is the characteristic established by name and designation, but not established by its own characteristic. Therefore, it is called the characteristic without self-nature. O noble one, what is the birth of dharmas that is without self-nature in ultimate reality? It is the characteristic of dependence on others, which arises depending on causes

Since the earth also cannot arise, it also shows that there is no nature of other-dependence. Furthermore, the meaning of emptiness and so on, as explained in that way, is itself a sutra with a hidden meaning. Previously, in the Prajnaparamita and so on, without distinguishing the differences between the two truths and so on, emptiness and so on were shown, because sentient beings with attachment would be afraid, so it was for the purpose of dispelling the fear of those beings. The reason for this is that the nature of the mind exists as a truly existent entity, and many valid cognitions that harm it will be shown in this very sutra, and it is also explained in other treatises, and it will be explained when the time comes. If those who speak of true appearances say that the various appearances of forms and sounds and so on are actually the nature of the mind, because the object is determined together with the mind, as shown before, it is applied as a reason. Furthermore, is it that just because of appearing clearly, appearance is established as the nature of the mind? It is not reasonable. Because it depends on establishing the nature of the mind as truly existent, these are not reasonable as reasons. Among them, if we consider the first aspect, in the wisdom of omniscience, when the appearance of an ordinary mind appears, although the appearance that appears in that way is the truly existent nature of wisdom, just as it is not possible to block the difference of the ordinary mind stream that establishes the appearance, it is also not possible to block the difference of external objects that establish the appearances of forms and sounds and so on, because there exists a truly existent entity in the ultimate truth, so it is not possible to establish everything as only mind. If, as shown before, such external objects are blocked by reasons such as being separate from one and many, then this also applies to the mind, so it should not be established as a truly existent entity in the ultimate truth. For establishing it as a conventional mind, such an examination is not the same, as shown before. The second reason is also not reasonable, if merely putting appearance as the reason, then it will become a mistake to establish the mind itself as a truly existent entity, and if it appears as a truly existent entity, putting it as the reason, then it will become unestablished. Also, especially, appearances are false.
