The way to show through... is, first, the incarnation is blessed, then the actual signs of showing are displayed, to which the retinue has doubts, and in order to dispel these doubts, Mahamati asks, and the answer to this. Among them, the first is the blessing of the incarnation, which starts from "Then, the Bhagavan..." etc. The phrase "Lord of Lanka, attain forbearance of the unoriginated dharma" is generally explained in three stages in the scriptures. In the stage of the path of application, it is also said that forbearance is for the sake of forbearance of the great dharma. The great dharma refers to this very nature of unborn dharma itself. It is also mentioned in the stages of the first and eighth bhumis, but here it refers to the eighth bhumi and above. "Lord of Lanka, dwell in extreme..." etc. have been mentioned above, and this is consistent with the eighth bhumi and above. "Forbearance" means that the mind is deeply convinced of the nature of unborn dharma, and like sailing a ship in the great ocean, it is focused on the nature of dharma itself. It is also mentioned in the tenth bhumi and other sutras, and it will also be clearly explained in this very sutra. The reason for obtaining it also lies in the fact that the Noble One taught that all dharmas are unborn. "Son of good family, I also understood the meaning of all dharmas being of one aspect in the presence of the Tathagata Dipamkara, and after that I obtained forbearance of the unoriginated dharma." In addition, the Buddha is the nature of dharma, not the form body of gods, etc. These four reasons have also been explained before. "Seeing" and "experiencing" seem to be different, and experiencing through recognizing the self-nature of the mind. The other parts of the words are easy to understand. After that, the Bhagavan, etc. showed the signs of teaching the dharma, etc. The so-called fleshy eye of the Buddha refers to the fact that the colored sense faculty itself has been transformed, or that it possesses extraordinary magical powers, and can appear to hold objects. It is said: If the five senses are transformed, all meanings are entered, all qualities, twelve hundred thousand, attain supreme accomplishment. The meaning here is...

In truth, it is the eye of wisdom. The sense organs with form are not appropriate, because the Buddhas are the Dharmakaya. Thus it is said. Other meanings of the words are easy to understand. Then, "the retinue of Bodhisattvas," etc., shows that the beings to be tamed have arisen with doubts. Prior to, means before teaching the Dharma. The doubt is, regarding the bliss of Samadhi, not looking inward, but being distracted outward, what is this? Then, etc., is to ask in order to dispel doubts. Conduct, means especially, it is also the cause of conceptualization. Deluded, is disturbed by the power of doubt. Cause and condition, cause is the taking cause, when a result arises, it appears as the leader. There are two types of this: Some results arise only from a cause that belongs to another cause. After the result is produced, the continuity of the cause ceases, this is the proximate cause, as explained in the Sutra of the Noble Rice Seedling. Also, although the result is produced, the continuity of the cause does not cease, appearing to produce what belongs to its own continuum, this is the cooperative condition. These also appear as the main and secondary causes, therefore the distinction between cause and condition is made. Also, some appear to arise from a cause that belongs to their own continuum, producing a result similar to themselves is the proximate cause, and what is dissimilar is the cooperative condition. Among them, similarity is also the object of the last cognition of recognition. Here, the Tathagata answers these questions, showing them from four aspects, praising the questioner and encouraging questioning, that is, "Bhagavan" etc. Among them, the nature of the world is contained by the realms and latent tendencies. Wrong views are the manifested differences of views of the aggregates, etc. The mind of the three times, refers to the general display of the differences between mind and mental factors. Others are easy to understand. Great wisdom, etc., is a brief display of the method of dispelling doubts. Then, the Bhagavan, etc., is for the main of the beings to be tamed, along with the benefits.
