Sa pa'o. "To explain the Dharma" means to request the explanation of the faults of eating meat from among the explained Dharmas. Even the non-Buddhists have prohibited eating meat. The sage Sugges said, "You previously killed livestock and made a mire of blood. If one can go to heaven by doing that, then who will go to hell?" This was shown. Furthermore, the sage Vyasa said, "Whoever eats whose meat, look at the difference between the two. One is filled for a moment, while the other is permanently separated from life. Whatever suffering of death beings will experience, by inferring from that, one should also protect others." And so on, he spoke of many reasons. "The protector of the world, you have taught" refers to his teachings, the vehicles of path and fruit, which have become one taste through objectless compassion. "Unsuitable to eat" means eating others. "Limitless reasons" means the reasons why it is not suitable to eat. "From this" and so on, shows that all have been fathers and mothers and so on, and therefore it is not suitable to eat. "Knowing relatives" refers to wives and so on. "Great wisdom conduct" and so on, shows that it is not suitable to eat because of the reason of mistaking it for impurity and so on. Furthermore, it causes beings to hate, is abandoned by the holy ones, abandoning what should not be done, when thought about, it is not in harmony with the senses, it becomes an obstacle to accomplishment and liberation, increases sexual attachment and so on, is abandoned by the gods who protect the world and so on, and because it is connected with many faults in the visible Dharma, it is not allowed to be eaten and is forbidden. Therefore, a vidyadhara who wishes to practice vidya mantras follows the kriya tantra and so on, and wishes to practice vidya mantras and dharani mantras and so on. "I have said that food is like the flesh of a child and medicine" means that meat food is like the flesh of a child, and other food of sages, such as milk and rice porridge and so on, is like medicine because it is beneficial. However, it should not be eaten with an attitude of attachment, but with an attitude of benefiting this life and the next. "Hags" refers to grain, butter, and so on.

Taking the juice from the radish. Khanda (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思:खण्ड,khaṇḍa, खंड) is made into small pieces. "Great wisdom, past" and so on, in order to make some of the peculiarities of those to be subdued believable, the story of the past is told. What should not be shown is showing what should not be eaten. Among them, the meaning of "the Lord also" and so on is that the Lord of the Gods previously transformed into the form of a hawk, in order to examine the thoughts of King Shildan, he harassed the pigeons, and the pigeons went to the king for refuge. The hawk figure said, "This is my food, without it I will die," tormenting the king in this way. The king said, "I will weigh and give you an item equal to the weight of this meat," and so on, as stated in some of the scriptures. "For the sake of the order of life" means that if he does not mate with the lioness, he will be killed by it, so he should mate with it. "The friend of seven houses" refers to following the teachings of the Tathagata, places where beginners should not go, namely the house of the butcher, the tavern, the brothel, the hunter, the fisherman, the royal palace, and other evil houses such as hunters, or heretical families who like life sacrifices. In cities with these seven families, meat is very abundant, and they also rely on other sensual pleasures that should not be relied upon, the Rakshasa parents who eat human flesh, belonging to the Yaksha class of beings. "The fault of eating meat also" and so on, if the fault of eating temporarily is like this, then the fault of constant intimacy is even greater, let alone talking about oneself. "Great wisdom" and so on, summarizes the reasons for not eating, and shows the reasons why others will eat. "Will not kill" refers to most cases, and the following words will explain. "What the great wise one approaches" refers to the three pure meats, which are given to the Shravakas, that is, they did not kill themselves, did not let others kill, and did not think of it.
