will turn into decline, and other places of the path of non-Buddhists, because they are attached to the characteristics of individuals and so on, they cannot move forward. Therefore, a Bodhisattva who abides on the eighth ground will thoroughly obtain the ten paths of the door of true samadhi. The so-called truth refers to the place of non-inversion, which is to focus on Suchness. It itself is the gateway to obtaining the Dharma of all Buddhas, so it is called the door of truth, which is a collection that is consistent with the foundation. The so-called ten refers to the complete attainment of the nine samadhis that gradually abide, and the complete attainment of the illusion-like samadhi. Among them, the nine samadhis refer to the four dhyanas mentioned earlier, the four formless absorptions, and the cessation samadhi. If it is for Bodhisattvas, then they will remove the perception of form, etc., and everything is emptiness. The samadhi that arises from generating perception and familiarizing oneself with emptiness is to take Suchness as the object. Similarly, generating perception of emptiness is consciousness, just consciousness in the conventional sense. There is also nothing at all. The so-called nothing at all refers to greed, hatred, ignorance, conceptualization and various distinctions, various observations, etc. All conditioned dharmas are all born from the cause of complete calculation that is not true. The so-called nothing means that those are also small and subtle in the conventional sense, and are attached to such characteristics. Also, there is no thought, because it is emptiness. It is not non-existent, because it is dependent origination. Like this, the samadhi that arises from the habitual attachment to characteristics is to take Suchness as the object. Like this, the three types are combined in sequence. From the habitual attachment to characteristics, the samadhi that takes Suchness as the object arises. As the scripture says: Relying on the object, the non-object realm arises. This is what the Buddha said, it is the greatness of dependent origination. The four dhyanas of the Bodhisattvas are also the true places that take Suchness as the object. The cessation samadhi has been mentioned before. In addition, the noble Dharma also...

From the Samadhiraja Sutra, it is said: "Son of noble family, 'cessation' means the absence of sudden obscurations, it is not real, it is not existent, it is completely imputed. When it is not real, when there is no mental activity, that is cessation." Thus it is said. Furthermore, son of noble family, the Bhagavan does not cause Bodhisattvas to realize cessation. If a Bodhisattva realizes cessation, they will fall into the level of Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas. If the Bhagavan said this, what did he have in mind? It is said: Son of noble family, 'not realizing' is a supreme expression of seeing the inexpressible. The Bhagavan also said that cessation is an inexpressible dharma. Whatever dharma is inexpressible cannot be realized. Therefore, the Bhagavan said that Bodhisattvas do not realize cessation, they do not see cessation. With that in mind, Bodhisattvas do not realize cessation. Shravakas realize cessation with a mind that grasps at the characteristics of dharmas. They abide. They know everything. Thus it is said. In this way, by showing the intention, this sutra slightly reveals the door of cessation for Bodhisattvas, which shows that it is not contradictory to other sutras. Here, the reason why the ten samadhis are like this is also because the scriptures say that Bodhisattvas who have attained the eighth bhumi and above abide in the nine sequential abidings of meditative absorption, just as they apply themselves. In this sutra itself, it is also said that when the eighth bhumi abides in the bliss of samadhis such as the meditative absorption of cessation, the Buddhas will embrace them, and they will awaken from it. Furthermore, in the Arya Samadhiraja Sutra, it is also said that when the nine sequential abidings of meditative absorption are complete, or near completion, the patience with the unborn dharma is complete, or it is the nature of purity. Such a state is also the state of the eighth bhumi and so on. The illusory samadhi is also obtained from the eighth bhumi onwards in the Prajnaparamita Sutras and Shastras.
