This is about "Do not publish." As it is said in the Holy Samadhiraja Sutra: Whoever teaches the Dharma with sound, the Dharmas are many and inconceivable. If one is attached to that sound, then one does not understand the intention of the Tathagata. Because of what intention does one speak, and if one does not understand that intention, because one has not studied the nature of Dharma, then one explains what is not Dharma as Dharma. If there are those who say that the realms of the world are all empty, the sutra verses that they speak, although the words and phrases are different, the meaning is the same, but one cannot exhaustively describe everything. If one cultivates one phrase diligently, then one will cultivate everything. All the Buddhas who have spoken of the many Dharmas, all the Dharmas are emptiness. If someone is skilled in the meaning and has learned this phrase, then the Buddhas' Dharmas are not rare for them. Thus it is said. Furthermore, one should not be overly attached to the ancient stories and legends spoken by the Sage Rṣi, the Bodhisattvacaryāvatāra, and others. One should not regard the sounds of the Vedas spoken by Īśvara and Brahmā as eternal, not made by humans, and possessing qualities such as being able to reveal the truth correctly and without error. One should also not arrogantly proclaim, "I am the king of the Rakshasas." The term "non-meditator" refers to the six dhyānas, etc. That is, it refers to these six forms of samādhi with signs, such as the preparatory stage of the first dhyāna, the main stage, and the special dhyāna, as well as the main stages of the three, such as the second dhyāna, whether they are without outflows or with outflows, and the formless samādhis with signs, such as the perception of space, etc., are all called "non-meditators." The meaning of the advice given by "The Lord of Lanka," etc., is that this is not something that Bodhisattva Mahāsattvas should transgress, and this shows their vows. Refuting opponents means raising arguments by admitting contradictions. That is, refuting the opponent in a way that is in accordance with the Dharma, and eliminating all wrong views, such as the sixty-two views, etc. The view of all schools is the view of the aggregation of existence, that is, attachment to self and what belongs to self, and being skilled in refuting these views, thereby eliminating all wrong views. "Subtle intelligence" means realizing the profound meaning. "Extremely knowing" means

The so-called proficiency in transformation is to truly understand the distinctions between mind and mental events in the conventional realm. The phrase 'Thus Gone One' and so on, is an instruction to strive for such vows. That is, it is for the purpose of understanding and entering the wisdom of the Dharmakaya. The phrase 'Knowing thus' and so on, shows its benefits. Its meaning is that this inseparable union of skillful means and wisdom, held by one-pointed samadhi, eliminates and elevates, purifying the defilements of the alaya-vijnana, which is the basis of all that is contrary to the path, and will surely and swiftly lead to the attainment of omniscience. As it is said, 'By the stainless merit of the alaya, one will become a Tathagata.' This is stated in the 'Arya Dense Array Adornment Sutra.' Furthermore, regarding skillful means and wisdom, here it is from the question asked by the son of the gods, Excellent Courage Mind: 'Manjushri, how does a Bodhisattva definitely arise through skillful means and wisdom?' Then, Manjushri, having become a youth, spoke in verse to the son of the gods, Excellent Courage Mind: 'When the mind has no attachment, that is the unsurpassed Bodhicitta; the self-nature of the mind is manifest, that is the characteristic of wisdom. All arising thoughts, are completely dedicated to enlightenment; contemplating well on the mind of enlightenment, that is the very nature of skillful means.' After these words, it is also said: 'Wisdom is skilled in means, this path with two branches, is the wise Bodhisattva, who will surely guide beings. Wisdom without means, will not arise if it has not arisen; means without wisdom, the wise will not become completely peaceful. Knowing wisdom and means, these two are completely mixed and mingled; if both can be grasped, one will realize the ultimate truth.' These words and so on, show the benefit of this path, which is to purify and elevate upwards. The phrase 'Like a child' and so on, shows that the meaning of close instruction is not the realm of practice for non-Buddhists and Shravakas. 'Manifest attachment to the nature of appearance' refers to those who assert the grasper and the grasped, such as the Vaibhashikas.
