Is it the thing itself? Or will it become merely the absence of preventing change? If it is not the impermanent thing itself but is permanent, then the very nature of impermanence of all things will be lost. Becoming permanent means emphasizing that it becomes only permanent. So, impermanence, etc., means that impermanence itself is each of the form, etc., or is complete in all things. If all things are pervaded by impermanence, then all things will be included in the three times, but that is not reasonable in the ultimate truth. Because the past form, like the past time that has ceased, perishes together with it. That which is included by the future is also unborn because it is the future itself. The present time also has no difference in characteristics from the form that has time. That also includes the part of the initial birth, the part of dwelling, and the part of becoming destroyed, so it is unreasonable to become one. Those individual ones will also change in the same way, just as a moment has an end. Please also examine the beginning and the middle. Etc., it has been explained in detail in the chapter on the Vajra Splinter before. So, what is form? It is a distinction of the place of the great four elements. The forms that are the great four elements and those that have changed from the great four elements are thoroughly distinguished by the form aggregate and depend on it. The nature of those, suchness, is indestructible. To clearly show that point, it says heretics, etc., which means abandoning the one and the many of those who hold inverted tenets, that is, because it is separated from the one and the many of the ultimate truth, it is said to be indestructible. All of the three realms means the form included by those, which is only imputed as birth, etc., and is not truly established, as stated before, each one also does not establish self-nature because it becomes various parts. Or, here it says heretics, which means the various particular schools, like the Samkhya, etc., should be connected by abandoning the imputation of whether matter is one or other. Here it says, what other impermanence is different from the great four elements and those transformed from the great four elements? This is unreasonable, because the mind itself, which is different from that, has been established as impermanent. If you ask this, there is no fault, because the ultimate

Because there are no things that are established as different entities. For that very reason, the nature of impermanence is not established in the ultimate sense either. In that way, such things are not established either, and since the Dharma-nature of phenomena, suchness itself, does not perish, therefore, entering and returning, etc., do not exist in the ultimate sense. Therefore, impermanence itself is not reasonable as a thing. The meaning of "phenomena do not create other phenomena," etc., is that the elements, such as fire and water, which belong to the contradiction of not being able to exist simultaneously, do not create the distinction of becoming beneficial because they produce their own characteristics that are mutually incompatible, that is, they do not produce mutual benefit. In this way, the fruit of benefit is reversed, and also the benefit that is mutually agreeable and belongs to one's own continuum, which has already been produced before, does not return and create again. Therefore, because it possesses these two kinds of Dharma, the non-creation becomes the thought of impermanence. In reality, the unreasonableness of the benefits that have already been produced, etc., and the non-discrimination of the differences of benefits for things that have become mutually incompatible, are inherently so, and not a sudden reversal, so impermanence itself is not reasonable, but is the appearance of one's own mind. "Completely distinguishing and completely understanding" means destroying attainment, etc., and distinguishing each one with wisdom. "Destruction is," etc., these clearly show that meaning, that is, for that, seeing other shapes is because seeing the shape of the vase changing into other forms such as tiles. The previous long and short, etc., do not appear, and what appears is different from those. "Because phenomena are destroyed, it is not so for subtle phenomena," means that for coarse phenomena, in the manner of abiding in destruction, those are not the same as subtle particles, that is, subtle particles are not destroyed, because that cannot be destroyed and analyzed with wisdom, this is what the Sthavira school and the Samkhya school acknowledge. This is unreasonable, complete destruction, that is, those that do not perish before the vase, etc., become the state of tiles, etc., and the final destruction also depends on the cause of the hammer, etc., then when the vase is first established and
