It is equivalent to establishing. The so-called "no difference between each other" means that there is no difference between the example and the meaning. The reason for adding the limitation of "all things" is that it is unreasonable to simply negate the absence of things as a result. Starting from "This is," etc., it is to show that such cause and effect are not established in the ultimate sense. Its meaning is that impermanence is also included in all things, and this is also without self-nature in the ultimate sense. Therefore, there is no reason to distinguish between cause and effect, so it is said that there is no difference between them. In this way, because there is no cause, it is said that all things do not exist, which means that there is no change in this Dharma nature. Therefore, there is no contradiction between the previous and subsequent sentences, and some things in the ultimate sense will not become impermanent. In this way, there is no cause in the ultimate sense, and in the conventional sense, it arises from cause. The reason for combining the two should be understood as something that naive people cannot understand. Starting from "The cause is," etc., it is explained that it is unreasonable to produce dissimilar effects from similar causes only in the conventional sense. If it really arises in this way, then the impermanence of all these things will produce dissimilar effects, some will produce the nature of non-things, and some will produce ultimate things. Even so, the similar and dissimilar effects of things will become causeless, because they are not produced by similar and dissimilar causes. In this regard, first of all, the dissimilarity of things is not produced by similar causes, because for the seedlings of barley and beans, etc., even if there is no similar cause, they will become dissimilar effects, so the refutation is wrong. Similarly, the dissimilar effect is not produced by dissimilar causes, because in this case, even if there is nothing dissimilar to the cause, a dissimilar effect will be produced, so the refutation is wrong. Similarly, the similar effect is not produced by similar and dissimilar causes, in this regard, first of all, it is not produced by similar causes, because in this case, the cause has similarities, but no similar effect is produced, so the following is wrong. Similarly, it is not produced by dissimilar causes either.

It is not so, just as the green shoots of barley, although there are no different causes, the same fruit arises, so it is a mistaken reversal. In this way, all things, having no cause, would lead to no distinction between cause and effect. To think so is also unreasonable, because in conventional truth, the distinction between cause and effect is also seen. Therefore, it is contradictory for different causes to produce different effects, so it is unreasonable for the same impermanent cause to produce different effects as before, and in this way, it is also contradictory for some things to produce the ultimate nature. These detailed explanations should be understood from rational treatises. Or, the meaning of these texts is that realizing the non-existence of all things is the fruit of impermanence, and that is the cause of knowing it. This pervasion is also like before, impermanence is pervaded by depending on cause, and that will also become the four births, because such a pervasion is unreasonable, so impermanence is pervaded by the nature of the ultimate thing without self-nature. Without impermanence, all things do not appear without self-nature, the meaning of this is not always so certain, but it will become so at some times, just as if smoke is not seen behind a mountain, fire will not be recognized. And the meaning of "base" and so on should be understood by following the previous explanation. This, etc., because the knowable cause is impermanent, the meaning of the knowable is pervaded by the nature of non-self-existence, leading to no difference between cause and effect, and should be understood by following the previous explanation. If it is said, etc., it is to prevent impermanence itself from being a thing, its meaning is that it is contradictory for a thing to have no cause, so some of what is done as an action will become a result, because it can function. Some will also become the nature of the cause, because they hold their own characteristics, so they will become real things with such three dharmas, therefore the impermanent things themselves will also become impermanent. Even if it is so impermanent, it will also fall away from the nature of impermanence, so all things will become permanent, because they are constant.
