This is a reiteration of the meaning previously stated. Among them, the miraculous eye is the divine eye, mainly arising from the maturation of past deeds and relying on wisdom. As stated in the Prajñāpāramitā Sutra: "Bodhisattvas, with their divine eyes, can know the divine eyes of the gods of the Thirty-Three Heavens, etc., but the eyes of the gods cannot know the divine eyes of the Bodhisattvas." and so on. The physical eye, as stated in the scriptures, "If we take the noble Śrāvakas as an example, they can see as far as the edge of the three-thousand-great-thousand world system, and it relies on the senses." and so on. It is not by what is seen by these that the self-nature of things can be truly known, but only by the wisdom of the noble ones, etc. Therefore, however ordinary people speculate, it is not true. This is a reiteration of the meaning previously stated. By the words "Bhagavan" etc., it is in accordance with the doubts of ordinary people, and it is an argument made to dispel their doubts. The meaning of this is that because ordinary people have not understood the state realized by the noble ones, their inverted discriminations cannot cease. Furthermore, if this is the case, then the minds of ordinary people are not entirely inverted, because they have not understood the self-nature of the things realized by the noble ones, so they are also not non-inverted. Moreover, because they are completely dominated by afflictions, the nature of their discriminations deviates from the two extremes of existence and non-existence, and they each cling to their own cognitions, so they are also not inverted. If this is really the case, then wouldn't all ordinary people be liberated? No. Although they truly recognize the self-nature of things and make it an object, as stated before: "Seeing similar forms, like silver on fish scales." Because the inverted superimposition has not been cut off, they cannot be liberated. By the words "Bhagavan" etc., it refers to the noble Śrāvakas etc. who discriminate aggregates and other things as impermanent and of multiple natures. However, the wisdom of such realization does not practice and realize with its own nature as the object of ultimate truth. So, how does one discriminate?

Such an existence will not become true. The Blessed One, etc., said that the nature and characteristics of dependent arising things recognized by children and noble ones, also because the cause is not indicated, that is, the nature of the conceptual construct of names arises from the cause of illusion. It does not arise from the cause of true things. Like that, without indicating and realizing, but conceptually thinking that it arises from the cause of true things, because false meanings are established in the mind, so it appears as the nature of the conceptual construct. Like that, because falling into observing the nature of things, it becomes inverted wisdom, becoming the object of others' actions. Therefore, with such clinging wisdom, because the nature of things is not understood, it will become an endless inverted later limit, that is, it will become impossible to return in all aspects. The Blessed One, etc., is to show those meanings in more detail, arising from the cause of the conceptual construct, as previously said, is the conceptual construct of names. Like that, the dependent arising of understanding arises from the previous cause, not the nature of the true nature of things. Like that, even if it is not, it arises from the cause of true things, and conceptually thinks of such things, how can it not become the nature of the conceptual construct? Such dependent arising only becomes the conceptual construct. That meaning is, on the illusion-like dependent arising, clinging to the true thing, because false meanings are conceptually thought with the mind, so it only becomes clinging. What kind of clinging is it? Clinging is like that, the meaning is the same, the latter should be combined with the previous explanation. The Blessed One, etc., said that the illusion-like dependent arising is not the true nature of things, because those causes are inconsistent. That meaning is, the illusion-like dependent arising arises from the previous distinctions, if the nature of things is true, then it should arise from the true cause. Therefore, here, ordinary children make distinctions on the illusion-like dependent arising respectively.
