It is not. The upper tantra also says that the previously shown cause is that one is liberated from suffering through an excellent means. If here, all the afflictions of the desire realm are abandoned, then one becomes a noble non-returner. If so, it contradicts what is said in the Prajñāpāramitā Sutra: "By abandoning the five lower fetters, one becomes a non-returner." There is no fault, as it is to gather the main points as previously stated. Why do they become the main points? Because they are the cause of transmigration and the lower realms. Among them, first, there is the view of the aggregates of existence, the adherence to ethics and asceticism, and doubt, because one does not transcend the three lower realms of misery, so it is their cause. Desire and aversion, because one does not transcend the lower desire realm, so they are their cause. This is what is said in the teachings of the Abhidharma. The noble Arhat is one who has abandoned the afflictions of the three realms. Regarding this, if it is considered from the perspective of abandoning them all at once, the difference from the once-returner is as previously stated. Or, one has entered the path of abandoning the nine afflictions of the three realms, and striving for that purpose is called a noble non-returner. Moreover, it is also taught in the scriptures that this is entering the fruit of Arhatship. Obtaining liberation by abandoning them is an Arhat. Furthermore, here, because there is no conceptualization of meditation and so on, the meaning of Arhat, from the perspective of those with dull faculties, is to abide in the realm of non-conceptual, uncontaminated samadhi by observing the faults of conceptualizing their characteristics. From the perspective of those with sharp faculties, like the Bodhisattvas, there is no conceptualization by understanding the emptiness of the object to be examined through proper attention. What is to be meditated upon is its object. Not conceptualizing afflictions and suffering is through the means of abandoning them. If here, abandoning all the afflictions of the three realms makes one an Arhat, then the Prajñāpāramitā Sutra says that abandoning the five higher fetters is an Ara

If someone asks, does this contradict the statement "Om, pao"? There is no contradiction. As previously stated, it is for the purpose of approaching the main factors. These factors become the main factors because they approach and maintain the higher realms. Approaching the higher realms refers to the desire for the form and formless realms, which cause them to be born in those realms. Maintaining what has been obtained refers to agitation, pride, and ignorance, which cause them to abide in meditation with a strong inclination towards desire, pride, and doubt, thereby causing those realms to be completely defiled by afflictions. If the scriptures state that there are three types of Arhats, then which one is being referred to here? Their meaning is that those who have attained the path of peace in one direction have only pacified the obscurations of afflictions. It is called a path because it is only a temporary result, not the ultimate result. For those who are accustomed to aspiring for Bodhi but are ignorant of the roots of virtue, even if they have generated the mind of Bodhi and made aspirations, they do not possess the roots of virtue that enable them to attain it, i.e., they do not possess the Paramitas that are grasped by the wisdom that realizes the three wheels as illusory, and they have temporarily manifested the fruit of Arhatship by realizing only the selflessness of the person. Emanation is when a Bodhisattva emanates as a Shravaka for the benefit of sentient beings, such as the Venerable Shariputra and others. The meaning of the answer is that here it refers to the one of peace in one direction, because they abide in the uncontaminated realm for a long time and connect to existence. As it is said, "Those intoxicated by the intoxication of Samadhi will not awaken even after countless eons," and so on, which will be explained later. Other than that, if someone says they have practiced the Bodhisattva conduct, then this is the aforementioned habit of making aspirations, which should be combined with "aspiration goes first." Emanation is being skilled in the means of the two truths. These are to beautify the mandala of the Buddha's retinue, abandoned by the Shravaka and Bodhisattva Sanghas. Furthermore, one should follow the differences in the beings to be tamed who abide in those fields.
