It is without thought, free from play, and extremely difficult to touch. It is also extremely difficult to express in words. The immeasurable power of the Sugata, that radiant body, has truly entered me. Through that power, I am able to know. As it is said. Here, the Buddha is the Sambhogakaya. Gazing upon his face and asking about all points of doubt. "Whatever is proclaimed regarding miracles and the nature of the teachings" means that even those dharmas not previously realized will be immediately realized, and that he will be able to teach the Dharma that dispels the doubts of those to be tamed, and that he will perfectly understand the individual skills, as well as the powers of miracles and so forth. Thus, even without each person accumulating merit and without the blessings of the Buddha, if such proclamations and so forth arise, then they should also arise for all childish beings, because they are the same as being without cause. "Great wisdom" and so forth show the reason for being able to bless. "Emitting sound" refers to the sound of teaching the Dharma, as it is said in the Questions of the King Mimachi Jonpa. If that is so, why does he not bless all sentient beings in that way? Is it because he does not have great compassion? Blessings do not enter sentient beings who have not accumulated merit, as it is said: Even though the king of the gods sends down rain, unsuitable seeds do not sprout. Even though the Buddhas have come, those without fortune do not experience goodness. As it is said. The appearance of the sound of the Dharma coming from trees and so forth is also merely the appearance of the blessings of the Tathagata for those sentient beings who have accumulated merit. There is no external reality that has become such a nature. The time of abiding in samadhi is included in the first bhumi and so forth, and the special bhumi is the tenth. The reason for blessing from that state of things and so forth is that bodhisattvas between the seventh bhumi focus on the afflicted mind, the alaya-vijnana, and because they are not established as being in accordance with self-conceit and so forth, the nature of the mind is slightly disturbed by such afflictions,

Because it might slightly diminish present and future benefits, there is the possibility of the work of demons. Therefore, temporarily placing the benefit of sentient beings in equanimity and abiding in the bliss of samadhi, one might fall into accordance with the samadhi of shravakas, etc. As it is said in the Sutra of Dream Prophecies: "Bodhisattva mahasattvas, even below the seventh bhumi, should also recognize the work of demons or demons." Also, here, some bodhisattvas who have previously taken the inferior path, even in the stage of the eighth bhumi, etc., enter into samadhi in accordance with shravakas, etc., and at that time they will become those who have the notion of nirvana, which will be explained below. The so-called "Tathagata," etc., is the common necessity of abiding in the first bhumi, etc., and the tenth bhumi. Among them, attainment is the difference of qualities, such as "the first bhumi can emanate a hundred bodies," etc., and the extensive description of the difference of qualities between the ten bhumis. Understanding is the dharma of realization. Thus, those who have not been blessed, whether they have entered the right position or not, those who are weak in intention and faith and dull in faculties, will be controlled by the power of demons who can distinguish between present and future benefits, and therefore will have the thought of heretics, that is, for the sake of attaining Ishvara and Brahma, etc., they will practice dhyana and formless samadhi, and will become attached to those tastes. The thought of shravakas is also as previously shown, or the demon becomes the image of the Buddha, etc., saying, "What is the use of generating the supreme bodhicitta, etc.? That will experience countless eons of many sufferings, so end your own suffering there," etc., thereby causing people to turn away from generating bodhicitta, as it is said in the Arya Prajnaparamita and the Great Ushnishavijaya Demon Chapter. This is impossible for those who have entered the right position, because they have already generated the mind by dharmata, and have the meaning of pervading the dharmadhatu, etc.
