The desire to belong to actions, and being equal to the great god and Brahma, like this, praying to the previous side is arguing. The Blessed One said: Great wisdom, my teaching of the Tathagatagarbha is not the same as the heretics' doctrine of self, so what is the intention of the all-knowing one? Because it is not permanent, it is like a rabbit's horn, there is no thing. It is unreasonable for the universal and only one to exist within all sentient beings, because it would lead to the fault of liberation and non-liberation, wealth and poverty, etc. becoming one. At the time of samsara and nirvana, the non-dual stream received by many sentient beings is momentary, the Buddhas say so, therefore this argument is not allowed. Love and hatred for oneself and others, and the intention of saying and what is said are: In a dream, for one mind, there are opposite images. Like this, whatever the extreme proponents of vidyadharas say is also arguing due to ignorance, not for the non-duality of lineage, but for the correct reception. For the Buddhas, there are many receptions of sentient beings, benefiting each other through mutual influence, and the stream of things that benefit each other arises in connection, for these, it is possible to establish universal affliction and complete purification. At the time of samsara, the ignorance that does not dwell equally, born from the power of the self and other continuums, reverses the impermanent, self, happiness, and pure things, and at the time of teaching the Dharma, due to the power of others, and when observing with wisdom, knowing impermanence, selflessness, suffering, ugliness, and emptiness, thereby abandoning reversed attachments and attaining nirvana. After that, for the selfless sentient beings who are about to perish, the stream of consciousness itself is taught as the Tathagatagarbha. Constant, pervasive, and the senses of various forms are merely the samsara and nirvana of the nature of consciousness itself, universally following and possessing the nature of luminosity, the aggregates planted with the difference of conditions, with and without defilements, the all-knowing one can know with wisdom.

It is explained by skillful means. Great wisdom, my teaching of the Tathagatagarbha is not the same as the self spoken of by the heretics, because sentient beings are attached to the continuous falsehood, therefore it is not the same as the self spoken of by the heretics. The All-Knowing One said to prove this: Great wisdom, the Tathagatas, Arhats, and Samyaksambuddhas, if the meanings of words such as emptiness, Suchness, Nirvana, unborn, without characteristics, and without aspirations are taught as the Tathagatagarbha, then in order to avoid children being afraid of no-self, in order to abandon these states, the door of the Tathagatagarbha is taught, thus showing the state of non-discrimination, the realm of non-appearance. For these, the appearance of the grasper and the grasped is emptiness, without thought, and truly recognizing the truth of the ultimate truth as non-dual is the meaning of the Tathagatagarbha. Suchness is the Dharma nature of the non-dual ultimate truth. Nirvana is because the appearance of afflictions and discriminations is completely abandoned. Unborn is dependent origination, because all dharmas have no maker, so there is no connection. Just as Nagarjuna said in his praise: By declaring the negation of the maker, sprouts will not arise from broken and unbroken seeds. And so on, fruits will arise under unbroken seeds, if this exists, then that will exist. When one moment exists, the second moment does not exist. The one itself has no connection with the maker and the made. In the moment of the selfless person, the dharmas of birth, abiding, and cessation do not exist separately. In the Dharma without self, the appearance of duality is like the appearance of dreams, illusions, and cataracts, so it is unborn. In this way, analyze the dharmas of emptiness and unborn with wisdom, distinguish the gross and subtle characteristics of inside and outside, then

Thereafter, when the non-different is not seen by all, the non-dual mind abides in the nature of signlessness. The absence of aspiration is because at that time the mind does not aspire. Without appearance and without object, not discriminating and completely separated from all defilements of affliction, like gold, completely pure and naturally luminous, is said to be the name of the Tathagatagarbha. Because all the omniscient ones enter through the gate of liberation of emptiness, signlessness, and wishlessness, this is an answer that has not been spoken much. The characteristics of the discrimination of selflessness in the Dharma, all are reversed, and those who possess skill in wisdom and means show the Tathagatagarbha in various ways, or it may also be shown as selflessness. Like a potter, he teaches in various ways with names of words and letters. The condensed meaning of this is that just as a potter gives names to many utensils from a lump of clay, so too, all the omniscient ones show the Tathagatagarbha with many names. The sound of "etc." refers to words such as the inconceivable, the Dharmadhatu, and Suchness, which should be carefully examined. The naturally luminous is also the defilement-laden deterioration of samsara. At the time of Nirvana, just as in a gold mine, the gold element is purified by rituals such as smelting, so too, all the defilements of the fault of being obscured by ignorance are removed by means of wisdom, and the pure Buddha is attained. In general, this should not be regarded as self, Brahma, or Ishvara, etc., and in particular, one should not examine the self as permanent, etc. In order to lead sentient beings into that very continuum of deterioration, those who speak of permanence, self, and agent, and who are manifestly attached to them, should fully understand the nature of impermanence, selflessness, suffering, ugliness, and emptiness, and should put an end to the suffering of samsara, attain the wisdom of omniscience, benefit themselves and others, perfect the accumulation of Bodhi, and merit and
