From the power of ripening habits, various appearances are known in their respective ways. As in this very sutra, the all-knowing yogi, supremely pure and free from desire, greatly accomplishes by possessing various forms, what is examined is that, by nature, all things are unborn; relying on others, people generate conceptual thoughts; through conceptual thoughts, they abandon discriminations; when other-dependence is purified, that is called perfect Suchness. I have spoken thus in the sutras. Thus. By examining through conventional truth and ultimate truth, and all that is dependent on others and truly established, the all-knowing one has thus revealed. Therefore, it means to summarize, you should examine and be free from conceptual thoughts. As it is said in this very text: Examination is merely things; especially conceptual thought; the nature of Dharma, one's own characteristic; the nature of Dharma is that very nature. Examination is merely expression, contemplating the appearance of permanence, self, atoms, parts, substances, and so on. Especially, conceptual thought is the grasper and the grasped, which can clearly manifest the function of other-dependence. One's own characteristic is the perfectly established one; in the non-dual ultimate truth, with the nature of Dharma of one's own awareness, it can be inferred what the all-knowing one has in mind. The all-knowing one also spoke for the sake of the cause, Lord of Lanka, the actions of sentient beings are like drawings on a wall, meaning that the actions of body and speech, the nature of terms, are merely individual appearances, and through them, people infer other continuums. As the teacher Dharmakirti said: First, knowing the agent, the self-body, after seeing it, in order to grasp others, if it is known as knowing, it is the same as the principle of mind-only. Because there is no external object, from the power of one's own and others' continuums, appearances such as the body appear separately. Even in dreams, from the power of the freedom of gods and flesh-eating demons, appearances such as the body appear differently. The result of being extremely certain.

The so-called "son does not deceive the cause" means that, therefore, even if fruits such as rainbows and arrows are clearly visible, one can never infer the thoughts of others. The meaning is not only the cause, but also the difference in appearance. The lord of Lanka, abiding in the world, the so-called "unwavering" means that wherever it appears, it ceases right there. In that very moment, it does not transfer to another place or another time, because it is momentary. The all-knowing one then declared another cause, which is "separated from action and agent." Attachment to action and agent is how the agent is autonomous, the supreme desire to act is action, and the agent beginning to act is called action. There is no difference between the agent, action, and the act. As the great Sangha of the noble ones recites: All conditioned phenomena are momentary, the unstable action is important. Whatever arises is action, and that is also called the agent. This means that for permanence and impermanence, the name of the agent is not appropriate in the ultimate sense. How is that? It is merely an imputed name. As Bhadrahari said: All that is established and unestablished is declared for the sake of establishing. Relying on gradual formation, that is clearly called action. This means that relying on the sequence of continuity, the nature is not related to the moment of the limb. Therefore, dependent arising is non-arising, because there is no birth of what is born. As it is said in the Madhyamaka: If birth is conditioned, then the three characteristics are reasonable there. However, if birth is not conditioned, how can the characteristics of the conditioned be? Birth How is birth? It is not self-nature, nor is it other-nature. Cessation is also the same, cessation is not self-nature, nor is it other-nature. There, such and such is widely explained in the Madhyamaka. As the master of the first ground, the scholar Wisdom, said: No cessation, no birth, no cutting off, no permanence, not various meanings, not one meaning, no coming, no going. Whoever is dependently arising, the quiescence of elaboration is peace, is the true Buddha.
