At the time of that annihilation, the root consciousness does not attend and there is no appearance, like the arising of one's own awareness, the yogis whose roots are gathered together abide in the one-pointed nature of reality that is the non-dual true reality. Therefore, it is said that samadhi arises for the sake of entering the Tathagatagarbha. All sentient beings are the Tathagatagarbha, which is the meaning of the nature of being included. It is said that the Tathagata arises in all sentient beings because the minds of all sentient beings are extremely pure, thus attaining the nature of the Buddha. Therefore, all sentient beings become the all-knowing Buddhas, the Bhagavat, etc., because they are accustomed to the yoga of samadhi with and without appearance, and because they increase the accumulation of merit and wisdom. Those who belong to the desire realm, the great gods, and Brahma, etc., whoever especially praises me as the root of yoga, they are also purified by merely entering, so they show freedom only by entering. When the Bodhisattva acts for the benefit of sentient beings through the nature of reality, and acts in the samadhi of duality and non-duality, samadhi arises in them for the sake of entering the Tathagatagarbha. A commentary on the Holy Lankavatara Sutra, made by Yeshe Pal Zangpo. The first chapter, those who have attained the liberation of illusion and have gained victory over the three realms, with impermanence and skillful means, the practice of the Bodhisattva, and the answers to questions about Dharma and non-Dharma, there are three short chapters. The profound and vast Dharma is like a jewel, like the great ocean obtained from pearls. How can one make the practice clear, so that they can go to the path of enlightenment of the wise. All that exists is momentary, like a wheel of lightning. With the words of Dream Illusion Yeshe Palzang, may it become an offering of words of benefit for oneself and others. After that, the great Bodhisattva who travels in all Buddha-fields, named Mahamati and so on, Mahamati the second, and the samadhi of the non-dual Dharma, because of its vastness, is able to distinguish the Dharma well, therefore it is called Mahamati. The meaning of "together" is in all Buddha-fields
